Nelson Exteriors is top notch! From the very beginning with Chris, who helped us with the initial project of needing an entire siding home replacement, Lisa in the office, to Jeff who was our Project Manager, who was on site pretty much the entire time overseeing the entire project, and the construction contractors, painters, etc. Nelson Exteriors is professional in every way. Very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. If I could give 10 stars I would. We absolutely love our house. Thank you Nelson Exteriors for making our home look like new. We have the most beautiful home on our street!

We are super happy with the quality of our deck. Previously, our deck was rotting and falling apart. Chris Hall, and the rest of the Nelson Exteriors team was super helpful in creating a plan to help us fix it. Chris talked through 2-3 different proposals before we decided on this one. It was nice to have options, with transparency about costs and limitations. Our project felt super organized, and it came in on time and on-budget. We would absolutely use Nelson Exteriors again.

Nelson Exteriors just completed a project at our home, and we could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was done professionally, correctly and with a high degree of workmanship. The sales rep Ryan O'Connor, job coordinator Lyndsey Trice, and project manager Lazaro. Rodriquez were all standouts and consummate professionals during the entire process. The crews who worked on our property were organized and displayed a fantastic work ethic. Amazingly, they also appeared to be happy while working. How refreshing! We had our entire house painted (looks like new,) exterior carpentry repairs and had our deck remodeled. Our old deck actually had a custom designed bench that Nelson replicated exactly in the new construction. That alone was remarkable. We are very happy with the results we got from Nelson Exteriors. We would readily hire them again and would recommend them as highly as possible to anyone needing home repairs or remodeling. They have earned our completely positive opinion of them.

Nelson Exteriors did an excellent job repairing my deck, including replacing several major components that had worn out over time. From the very beginning, the sales representative took the time to understand the issues and recommended the right solution — the one that truly fit the condition of the deck. What really stood out was the communication. Before the work began, during the repair process, and all the way through completion, their team kept me fully informed. I always knew what was happening, when it was happening, and why. That level of professionalism and transparency gave me complete confidence in the project. The finished deck looks solid, safe, and better than it has in years. I’m very pleased with the quality of the work and the way Nelson Exteriors handled the entire process. Highly recommended.

We recently hired Nelson Exteriors to replace all our aging wood trim, fascia, soffits, gutters, and downspouts. The sales process through project completion was great, no pressure. The project turned out better than expected. We did have a couple of scope changes, but working with our Project Manager made it smooth keeping things on schedule. They also paid attention to the small details, which left our project with no punch list items, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend the Nelson team!
