We had an outstanding experience with Global Home Improvements. They managed a full exterior renovation on our home, including stucco remediation, new plywood installation, windows, Hardie siding, and a metal roof—and the results were exceptional. From start to finish, the team was professional, detail-oriented, and highly skilled. Paul and Tony were especially wonderful to work with—communicative, honest, and truly committed to doing the job right. What really sets them apart is their long-term customer care. Even 7 years later, they still check in to make sure everything is holding up and to see if we need anything. That level of service is rare. As a perfect example, when our 17-year-old daughter accidentally damaged our garage trim board while learning to drive, they came out and fixed it as a courtesy—no questions asked. That kind of support speaks volumes about their integrity and dedication to their customers. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and the relationship we’ve built with their team. Highly recommend!

GHI knocked it out of the park by transforming our home from worn out and boring to looking new and refreshed! Global exceeded expectations starting with Patrick in sales and design to project managers Serge and Shane. Communication from beginning to end was excellent! Best of all, installation from Robert and Igor was second to none! Their attention to detail and pride in making sure the finished product was completed to perfection was evident!

We just had our windows replaced by Global Home Improvement, and Vadim Susanin’s team was fantastic. They arrived on time, worked throughout the day, and the quality of the installation is perfect. They left our home spotless, and the new windows look amazing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for window replacement. Great job, guys.

I completed the installation of two large bay windows by Marvin infinity with the help of Global home improvement company. The person who made this successful is Mr. Alex Lebed who is very meticulous and easy to work sales person. He explained the various features of the windows by Marvin. He gave good suggestions in making the design acceptable to my wife and me. Kudos to Alex. The entire installation crew including the project managers Sergio, Terry , Mr Thomas the installer and his team all did great job. Very good professionals. Kudos to all of them
