“We have worked with Global before when they installed our windows in our previous home a few years ago. Once again we were pleased with their service. Dawn kept us up to date on the project, Marty was helpful and informative and answered all our questions during the consultation and Daniel did our installation again and was as thorough as the first time. We are in a condo situation this time and had to get condo association approval and Global was knowledgeable about what our condo association required (did all the leg work) and made sure we had the plans and everything we needed to submit to them in a timely manner. Though we haven't gone through a winter yet we're sure the windows will be as good as they were with keeping the cold weather out as the previous ones were. Highly recommend Global for window replacement.”

“Great product. Installers of our door knowledgeable about fitting it. However, in the cutting down of the door to fit the jamb, the entire area around them was littered with multitude of sharp shreds of aluminum that was difficult for me to clean up. I had to sweep, vacuum, and pick pieces out of the brick by hand. Even though this was done outdoors,I have pets and grandchildren to consider being harmed by it. Some advice to the installers who must cut down doors to fit: use the box that the door came in to create a barrier with it to cut in,catching the debris and confining it. Also, for safety, the men should be wearing eye protection.”

“We had our windows, siding, and gutters replaced as well as some exterior insulation added. This involved three different crews. The work looks excellent to me (and my neighbor, who is an older tradesman was very complimentary of the work). My wife and I come home each day and love how our house looks.We did run into some communication issues where things I discussed with the siding project manager didn't seem to make it down to the ground. This resulted in having to go back and correct some things, like door and transitional trim. The siding job also took significantly longer than expected because it was done by a single person instead of a crew as originally discussed. Excellent quality work with a few bumps.”
