We came across this company at the Grange Fair and setup an appointment. They came to our house and it was a good experience. We purchased a kitchen window and setup installation. The company came and installed the kitchen window in one day. They did an excellent job and the window looks great. Global was professional from the beginning to the end. We would definitely recommend this company. Several weeks later we received a package from Global thanking us for our business. #1 old window #2 new window 3# outside

Recently windows and front door of our house were replaced by GHI. The whole process went quite smoothly. Alex was very helpful in proper selection as well as provided excellent sales/service. Bogdan was very helpful in getting project starting and ending on time. Elena was excellent in getting quick approval for financing. Global home improvement team from sales to installers were very professional and customer oriented. We recently did entire home windows replacement through them. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. Alex L. (sales and project designer) was highly knowledgeable, calm, and never pushy, helping us choose the perfect windows. We had a great experience working with sales representative Alex L. for our house windows replacement project. Starting with initial consultation to the project end he was knowledgeable, honest, and patient in answering all of our questions. Alex helped in selection of right windows, explain the cost, timeline, warranty and supervise project until completion. The project manager Bogdan O. was helpful in managing the actual installation, from the arrangement for dumpster to project finish. The Igor U. and his team performed the fantastic work in actual installation, they made the whole window replacement process easy and stress free. Very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable.
