We had an outstanding experience with Global Home Improvements. They managed a full exterior renovation on our home, including stucco remediation, new plywood installation, windows, Hardie siding, and a metal roof—and the results were exceptional. From start to finish, the team was professional, detail-oriented, and highly skilled. Paul and Tony were especially wonderful to work with—communicative, honest, and truly committed to doing the job right. What really sets them apart is their long-term customer care. Even 7 years later, they still check in to make sure everything is holding up and to see if we need anything. That level of service is rare. As a perfect example, when our 17-year-old daughter accidentally damaged our garage trim board while learning to drive, they came out and fixed it as a courtesy—no questions asked. That kind of support speaks volumes about their integrity and dedication to their customers. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and the relationship we’ve built with their team. Highly recommend!

GHI knocked it out of the park by transforming our home from worn out and boring to looking new and refreshed! Global exceeded expectations starting with Patrick in sales and design to project managers Serge and Shane. Communication from beginning to end was excellent! Best of all, installation from Robert and Igor was second to none! Their attention to detail and pride in making sure the finished product was completed to perfection was evident!

We came across this company at the Grange Fair and setup an appointment. They came to our house and it was a good experience. We purchased a kitchen window and setup installation. The company came and installed the kitchen window in one day. They did an excellent job and the window looks great. Global was professional from the beginning to the end. We would definitely recommend this company. Several weeks later we received a package from Global thanking us for our business. #1 old window #2 new window 3# outside

Recently windows and front door of our house were replaced by GHI. The whole process went quite smoothly. Alex was very helpful in proper selection as well as provided excellent sales/service. Bogdan was very helpful in getting project starting and ending on time. Elena was excellent in getting quick approval for financing. Working crew was very professional and very happy with quality of installation. Crew paid high attention to details and made sure that proper clean up was done after installation. Thank you GHI.
