The team showed up and introduced themselves to me and walk me through the work that was to be done. They showed great care for my house and kept me informed every step of the way as the job was being performed. At the completion of the job, the team walked me through the work that was performed. The result was outstanding and I would definitely recommend Ned’s services for patio cleaning.

The team that came today to clean and inspect my gutters, downspouts and yard filters were fantastic. They came on time, listened to my concerns, and performed each task thoroughly, and efficiently. They cleaned up as they moved along and performed all tasks professionally. I highly recommend this team for their reliability and workmanship. They reviewed areas that needed extra attention to ensure no obstructions in the gutters, downspouts and yard filters. A job well done!

I asked Ned's Home to look at gutters that weren't draining well. The rep walked the perimeter of the house, did not inspect anything from a ladder, and recommended a full replacement for over $4,000 — telling me a cleaning wasn't worthwhile because of the gutter pitch. I climbed up to check for myself and found the clog was simply sediment that had washed off the roof shingles. After scooping it out and rinsing with a hose, the gutters drained fine. The replacement product may well be good, but in my case the diagnosis didn't match the actual (and very fixable) problem. My advice to others: have the gutters physically inspected, and try a basic cleaning, before committing to a four-figure replacement. Owner posted that they tried to reach me but they did not.

Paid for new gutters and three months after installation 2/3 of them still overflowing (Installed in April, overflowing by July). Was told that happens if you don't pay for the quarterly cleaning which is a couple hundred dollars a pop. I could have done that without replacing them. Disappointed.

I engaged Ned's to wash the siding on my house, a service they provide. While the customer service people are excellent,and the cleaning team that arrived to do the work was indeed efficient, the job was not completed and follow up was disappointing. A large streak of unwashed siding was obvious at the back of the house, in a visible location over the back door. I called them to come back and clean this area. They had already charged me for the full job at that point. But they did not come back to clean the area of siding that they'd skipped. The timeline of their inaction is relevant I think, I contracted with them over two months ago. They did the cleaning soon after working around our schedule, which was good, but they did not clean all of the siding. Most noticeably, areas of the siding had not been cleaned over the back yard window visible from the patio and back yard, a prominent spot. I called them to come back and do that portion of the work again to finish the job properly. I had to call a second time. Then last week I got a notice that the crew was on their way. They did not arrive. The job still remains unfinished. I'm disappointed and caution against using this company.
