I had an excellent experience with Ura during my recent AC service visit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my entire system. Ura explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the condition of my unit and any recommendations for maintenance. What stood out most was his attention to detail and honesty. He wasn’t rushed and genuinely seemed to care about ensuring my AC system was operating efficiently and reliably. His expertise gave me confidence that the system was properly evaluated and in good hands. I highly recommend Ura to anyone needing HVAC service. We recently had to replace our AC system, and I feel confident that everything was installed correctly and that we won't have any issues with this system. We first had Ura come out to diagnose our broken AC. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. We were struggling to decide whether it made more sense to repair or replace the system, so the owner personally took a call with us to walk through our options and give us his honest professional opinion. At no point did I feel like he was trying to sell us something or pressure us into a decision. His advice was based on knowledge and what he genuinely felt was best for our situation. We then had Shiar and James install the new unit, and they did a fantastic job. The installation was completed much more quickly than I expected, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. I highly recommend this company. Cutting corners often ends up costing more in the long run, and I never felt like that was a concern here. It's clear they take pride in their work, and we felt like we were in very good hands throughout the entire process.

Luis serviced my HVAC/AC and Dalton took care of plumbing/water heater. Both services handled with perfection and very detailed. I had a water heater installed in 2006 that needed an immediate swap out. 2 hours later I had a new water heater delivered and installed thanks to Dalton and Comfort Authority. 5 stars to both these guys. We really appreciate your service.

Comfort Authority came out the same morning I called. Luis, the technician, did a complete diagnostic of our AC unit and then made several recommendations with options that he explained to our satisfaction. We chose one, and he finished with documentation (photos) of what he had done. We were happy with the patient, thorough, clean and pleasant service!

This company was first rate. My system went down over a weekend. I contacted them Monday and got a quote. Derek sat down with me and went over all the details. He represented it perfectly and we had the system installed by Tuesday. The work was done incredibly well and efficient by Gary Clark and his team. They made sure not to rush and did not leave until everything was executed in the correct manner. The home inspector today verified the work and everything is working to an optimum level. I could not recommend this company more for the professionalism and quality of workmanship. Gary was fantastic and explained everything at the very end and made sure the system was working at a top level before he left the house. Thank you so much Comfort Authority...I will be sharing with my friends and family.
