Shout out to Derek, the sales rep who walked me through determining what was best for me replacing my AC system- he patiently and thoroughly covered a multitude of details. It was instant relief and confidence after our conversation that it was the right choice for my family. That relief and confidence was carried forward by Gary and Casey, the two installers who did a phenomenal job in one day. They were very professional but amiable, friendly, and considerate as well, explaining everything they did. They made sure the condenser pad was balanced, hoses were replaced, copper insulated, the plenum freshly sealed, replaced the safety backflow valve, and insulated the return intake along with the overall installation. They gave me tips to be aware of as a homeowner. It was an excellent experience.

Luis serviced my HVAC/AC and Dalton took care of plumbing/water heater. Both services handled with perfection and very detailed. I had a water heater installed in 2006 that needed an immediate swap out. 2 hours later I had a new water heater delivered and installed thanks to Dalton and Comfort Authority. 5 stars to both these guys. We really appreciate your service.

Alyssa did a complete check up, cleared the drain line and installed new capacitor for our AC unit today. Our unit was installed by the same company The Comforter Authority 8 years ago. From the moment we called for the service to the final job completion, everything went smoothly. Alyssa is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thoroughly. We strongly recommend The Comfort Authority and especially Alyssa, the technician.

This company was first rate. My system went down over a weekend. I contacted them Monday and got a quote. Derek sat down with me and went over all the details. He represented it perfectly and we had the system installed by Tuesday. The work was done incredibly well and efficient by Gary Clark and his team. They made sure not to rush and did not leave until everything was executed in the correct manner. The home inspector today verified the work and everything is working to an optimum level. I could not recommend this company more for the professionalism and quality of workmanship. Gary was fantastic and explained everything at the very end and made sure the system was working at a top level before he left the house. Thank you so much Comfort Authority...I will be sharing with my friends and family.
