I'm a bit late getting this review done. Rite Way has an amazing crew. Geoffrey came and did our estimate. Damien, Jesus and Reyes were the crew that worked on installing our new system. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional bunch of guys. The installation crew were here for 11 hrs without taking lunch. We fed them dinner, they deserved it. Very hard working crew and did an amazing job. We love our new system and We were able to finance through Rite way and wells Fargo with 5 yrs 0% interest, we couldn't pass that up. Our old system was a swamp cooler and electric furnace and the ducking was rusted out so we were basically heating and cooling the outside. We went with a Trane 6 stage High efficiency with SEER2 17.1, multi-speed technology for enhanced comfort, universal 24V compatibility central air and heat pump system. It's very quiet running. 👍 Nothing on our roof anymore 🎉 the first 5 photos are the old system. The last 4 photos are the Rite way installed system. Great job guys!

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I recently had a tankless water heater installed by Riteway, and the entire experience was flawless. My project manager, Brandy, was incredibly helpful and explained the entire process clearly. She came out to my house and provided quotes right on the spot—something other companies couldn't do. On top of that, Riteway’s pricing was much more reasonable; one competitor quoted me more than double the price and didn't even include the electrical work! Riteway was the only company I found that had their own electrician on staff during the estimation process. The installation crew, Jesus and Jorge, were highly professional. They walked me through the entire system once it was done and left my garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. Justin, the electrician, was also fantastic—punctual, professional, and efficient. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and I am so happy with my decision to go with Riteway. Highly recommend!

From the very beginning Daniela was amazing professional detailed and attentive by far one of the most positive experiences since moving to Tucson she explained everything in detail left nothing to question was patient trough the whole process made sure we were comfortable with every step before she moved on. I would recommend her and her company to anyone in need of their services by far one of the best companies we have had the pleasure of working with. The installation went like clock work Lorenzo and his team showed up exactly when they said they would started working immediately. They were very professional and had a great attitude. The work they performed was some of the cleanest work I’ve seen in a long time. I can’t state how much my family and I appreciate all the effort from Lorenzo and his crew thank you for all the hard work. Great prices great products and many options available to work with your financial needs we will definitely be calling her back for any future projects thank you Daniela and Lorenzo and your crew thank you rite way you’ve made a life long customer.

1) Customer Service: I let them know that they should consider, including all possible sewer, and drain costs after descaling and Hydro jetting. 2)Execution: I came from a company that expected daily updates on progress. Maybe it was just me, but I expected something similar from Rite Way. That said they did call me to inform me of the project planned moving forward. The reason I gave them four stars instead of five is because as of this writing they left my front walkway opened up and a few other items incomplete. 3)Financials: This part, I still have to figure out: they "said" they were giving me a 10% discount, one had it out in a second had it back in? To sum up: workers like Cory Eiler are great. He showed up and got right to work, and when he was done, he made sure to let me know. Pete Heliotes and his crew had the open trench filled and caps on the clean outs on no time. But Plumbing can be very expensive. I think Rite Way could use some updates to its project management to ensure the customer knows all the possibilities upfront.

I went with RiteWay cause I wanted to make sure I got the best install for the money and they didn’t disappoint. They didn’t rush, they explained what they were doing and you can tell they are proud of the work they do. Damien Kessler, and Jesus Canedo, did a great job and were very knowledgeable, & professional.
