I had to replace my 20 yr old central A/C system this past week. I chose to call Rite Way and I am so happy with my decision. My experience with this company was very positive, from the project manager Geoff to the installation, headed by Nick. Nick and his team arrived on time and the installation was done in a very timely manner. Nick was friendly, showed professionalism, knowledge, and leadership. He was very informative every step of the way. Everything went very smoothly. He did an amazing job and I was very impressed with him and this company. Thank you so much, Nick and Rite Way!

Rite Way is awesome! I had an evaporative cooler that was in prompt need of replacement, and they came right out and discussed all my concerns and presented many options for either replacing the evaporative cooler or going with an air conditioner. I chose to go with an air conditioner and remove the evaporative cooler entirely. They scheduled me for the very next day! Two techs, both named William, arrived right on time in the morning. They installed the new air conditioner unit, removed the evaporative cooler from the roof, and installed a new furnace with a smart thermostat. They were incredibly thorough in their work. I am very grateful for the prompt response by Rite Aid to send a Tech out to look at the issues I was having, present me with options and costs, and get the work done the following day. Highly recommend!

We are delighted to share our experience with Rite Way. Our air and heating system at 15 yrs old was giving its final effort. After investigating other outlets, we settled on R/W for relief. Representative Luis gave two hours of in home Q &A. Our stress level was greatly relieved by his thorough explanation from A to Z including city permits and in our case , the replacement of the supply and return air ducts under the house both fifty plus ft long, of the various manufacturers of a/c units, we chose the Lennox brand. A big hand of applause to Damien and Reyes For their professionalism and skillful work.They worked in above 💯 temps. The removal of the old unit, the confident crane operator, made the RandR a breeze. The disposal of all old “stuff “ was clean , swift and complete. Financing will be handled via Wells Fargo. Would we recommend Rite Way to others?A big yes. Thanks Rite Way, you folks are definitely on our “Go To List” George Morgan

I'm a bit late getting this review done. Rite Way has an amazing crew. Geoffrey came and did our estimate. Damien, Jesus and Reyes were the crew that worked on installing our new system. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional bunch of guys. The installation crew were here for 11 hrs without taking lunch. We fed them dinner, they deserved it. Very hard working crew and did an amazing job. We love our new system and We were able to finance through Rite way and wells Fargo with 5 yrs 0% interest, we couldn't pass that up. Our old system was a swamp cooler and electric furnace and the ducking was rusted out so we were basically heating and cooling the outside. We went with a Trane 6 stage High efficiency with SEER2 17.1, multi-speed technology for enhanced comfort, universal 24V compatibility central air and heat pump system. It's very quiet running. 👍 Nothing on our roof anymore 🎉 the first 5 photos are the old system. The last 4 photos are the Rite way installed system. Great job guys!
