I'm a bit late getting this review done. Rite Way has an amazing crew. Geoffrey came and did our estimate. Damien, Jesus and Reyes were the crew that worked on installing our new system. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional bunch of guys. The installation crew were here for 11 hrs without taking lunch. We fed them dinner, they deserved it. Very hard working crew and did an amazing job. We love our new system and We were able to finance through Rite way and wells Fargo with 5 yrs 0% interest, we couldn't pass that up. Our old system was a swamp cooler and electric furnace and the ducking was rusted out so we were basically heating and cooling the outside. We went with a Trane 6 stage High efficiency with SEER2 17.1, multi-speed technology for enhanced comfort, universal 24V compatibility central air and heat pump system. It's very quiet running. 👍 Nothing on our roof anymore 🎉 the first 5 photos are the old system. The last 4 photos are the Rite way installed system. Great job guys!

Just had an entire HVAC system replaced including replacing old duct work and cutting new holes for new registers. Brian the Project Manager was fine. Had a few issues mostly taken of Communication Could have been better. Special Shout out to the guys that did the actual work. Mikyes and Preston. No project ever goes exactly as planned. You need good people on the ground to overcome and thrive in those situations. That’s what Mikyes and Preston did. Those guys showed up early stayed late to make sure the project was finished in two days. They had to redesign most of the inside equipment coming up with a new game plan. They also found a King Snake under my old condenser and didn’t freak out and kill it. They let it retreat back into my yard where it will provide rodent control for years to come. So once again Mikyes and Preston 10/5. They took the time to explain all the new systems to me and the safety protocols. Mikyes and Preston You guys are the best. Thanx for all your hard work.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I recently had a tankless water heater installed by Riteway, and the entire experience was flawless. My project manager, Brandy, was incredibly helpful and explained the entire process clearly. She came out to my house and provided quotes right on the spot—something other companies couldn't do. On top of that, Riteway’s pricing was much more reasonable; one competitor quoted me more than double the price and didn't even include the electrical work! Riteway was the only company I found that had their own electrician on staff during the estimation process. The installation crew, Jesus and Jorge, were highly professional. They walked me through the entire system once it was done and left my garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. Justin, the electrician, was also fantastic—punctual, professional, and efficient. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and I am so happy with my decision to go with Riteway. Highly recommend!

We just used Rite Way for the first time because we had a coupon. We had a leaky toilet and needed a new kit put in the tank. Kenva came out and took care of that and did an excellent job. He also snaked out our washing machine back up flow because it was backing up. Then James Corcoran the sewer technician came out. He suggested we have our kitchen sink pipes and washing machine pipes descaled so we thought that was a good idea. Cory Eiler and JD Muma came out and did the descaling and took out our garbage disposal and put in new pipes under the sink. Then a leak was discovered in the wall behind the cupboards next to the sink. They thought we would have to wait until Monday but they had the pipes and James said they could do it that day. I was thrilled that they were willing to spend all day with us and then do that. They did the clean up and covered the hole in the wall that they had to cut in order to put in new pipes. They were very professional and friendly and did great work. I highly recommend Rite Way and we WILL use them again.

Both Rite Way technicians, Jerry and Leamsi, were at my house on time and are amazingly courteous, skillful, organized, meticulous and their workmanship is very neat and clean! They went above and beyond and didn't leave until everything was perfect! I highly recommend them, great quality work and extremely professional! Both Rite Way technicians, Marcos and Omar, who did the duct cleaning yesterday were very professional, courteous, quick clean and organized. They even cleaned all the vent covers, and they look new now! They also went above and beyond when I asked if they could to the dryer duct cleaning and they got and the roof to do it the same day! Very satisfied with their work and highly recommend!
