"I was recommended to Vito Services by a friend. The initial work was to replace a heat pump unit. The work was completed but there was no final walk through with me to talk about what had been done and inspect the final product. The Vito team removed a piece of trim molding that was not replaced and did not balance the airflow as agreed to in the scope of work. Since the work was done (less than 5 years ago) the motor on the unit went bad, two circuit boards blew, and the thermostat went bad. As we were trying to get the above items fixed, there were constant backordered items with no follow up from Vito Services. I would set reminders on my calendar to call them for follow up on the needed parts...sometimes 6 to 8 weeks out. Typically, it would be 3 to 5 calls needed for each part. There were promises by the Vito team to call me back but, that rarely happened. Also, I can't think of a single voicemail message that was returned. The last part of this is the cost...as the equipment installed by Vito was breaking and I was spending time to track them down for follow ups, I would be charged for the work when the equipment was worked on. I understand they need to be compensated for their time and expertise, but at times it seemed insulting to be charged full price for Vito to fix equipment that was installed by Vito less than 5 years earlier."

This has been going on since winter, when I originally told them of the issue. They said they couldn’t look at it until it was running. They sold me a service contract at that time which said I was to get two paid service to check my a/c, heater and water heater which they never called to schedule and when I asked about it they acted like they knew nothing about it. My machine is not that old and they put it in along with the water heater. I am most disappointed with their services."

"I hired Vito Services to fix a water leak of my bathroom, but my experience is a nightmare. Their technicians made an expensive, yet completely wrong diagnosis. They wrongly replaced our almost new high end shower valve system with a cheap replacement which costed me $800 of labor and parts. Because the replacement was based on their wrong diagnosis, their service not only failed to stop the leak, but also made the leak worse, for which I had to hire people to fix water damages due to the worsened leak. The worst part of their service is that the customer service person by the name of Rogert was rude, unhelpful, kept telling lies, at the end, even refused to come to solve the problem. I had to hire another plumber who finally found out the leak origin from the toilet ( not from the shower valve as Vito), and fixed it. The whole process took almost two weeks and caused great stress for both me and the owner downstairs. I will never recommend them to anyone. I would demand a total refund of my money, plus the damage I paid for."

"I have twice used Vito for problems where the call had to be upgraded to a more experiences service person after two visits by the initial service person. In both cases, I was not confident of the initial servicer's knowledge and ability to solve the problem. All personnel were polite and did their best, but two unproductive visits to get to someone who could correctly diagnose the problem is an issue. Also, on one problem, we were told that Vito did not carry the gasket needed to solve our issue and were given a part that "might" work. We easily found the part online at standard pricing and it didn't seem rare. Vito should go beyond their own source of supply to get parts for a successful solution."

"It was supposed to take one full day instead it took 2 months to get the done. The convector came bent and they should have just ordered a new piece instead of forcing me to wait for the bent top to be replaced. They were horrible at commuicating...for scheduling but also about the product. They never told me that the new convector would leave huge holes in my wall that needed to be dry walled nor did they tell me that the I would have to rebuild my cutom book shelf that was next to the convector and rebuild all the convector covers because the new convectorw were shorter and wider. I had to constantly follow up."
