I am a long-time customer of VITO Services. Today, my HVAC cooling system maintenance was performed by Bertrand (technician). He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his inspection of the cooling system and equipment. He advised me on a couple of maintenance concerns, including how important it is to clean the AC coils. I opted to have the (much-needed) coil-cleaning service performed, and after seeing and hearing the before-and-after results, it was well worth it. Bertrand represented VITO Services exceptionally well as an experienced, knowledgeable technician and customer-focused employee. I will definitely request Bertrand as my preferred HVAC technician for future cooling and heating maintenance services from VITO. Thank you, Bertrand! Merci beaucoup!

Danny Villalobos and his teammate Andrew provided friendly, competent service repairing and reattaching the copper line to, installing new valves on, and cleaning our AC compressor, as well as recharging our system. They were very good about showing and explaining what they had done, and what we might do to keep the compressor clean going forward. I would recommend them highly, and hope we get them again the next time we need HVAC maintenance.

Just had Edwin replace and install a pressure reducing valve in my condo. He is extremely professional, knowledge and provided excellent level of customer service. He answered all my questions and kept me updated on the install process. The install was done clean and fast. Overall great first experience with this company and I highly recommend Edwin for his service.

I had a good experience with VITO Services. I received very responsive service to replace my failing hot water heater. I was provided good information on replacement options. The service team showed up on time. They were timely and courteous, but more importantly, I appreciated their expertise with the install of my hot water heater. Overall, VITO Services was professional and competent with my plumbing service needs. I highly recommend the VITO team.

Jimmy and the team are amazing. They installed a new hybrid system a couple years ago in our residence which is cost effective and maintenance friendly. Super responsive in that time of need if/when you need immediate assistance. Highly recommended!!!
