It’s hard to believe we’ve spent the last four weeks with the Stevenson plumbing team… although honestly it somehow also feels like we survived five years together. We had four plumbing companies out to assess our initial issue and three of them all conceded to John Stevenson, telling us as new homeowners that they were the company skilled enough for our HUGE task at hand. When you go through a major plumbing disaster in your home, the people helping you end up seeing REAL life unfold. This crew has literally been with our family through the chaos — the uncertainty, the stress, the endless questions, the coughing/sneezing sicknesses that somehow hit at the worst possible time, and even the uncomfortable but necessary conversations like about feminine products how much risk are we taking by an occasional flush in our home while repairs were being preformed. Somewhere along the way, these guys became more than just plumbers. We laughed together, joked together, shared meals together, took selfies together and got through a genuinely difficult situation together. Our family could not have made it through this fiasco without Stevenson and every single crew member both on-site and behind the scenes. From the very beginning, we knew we were in good hands. Every step of the process was communicated clearly, honestly, and professionally. They consistently kept us informed, reassured us during the uncertainty, and walked us through every possible risk and next step with patience and integrity. What stood out most was the ethics and care from every single person involved. In a situation this stressful, that matters more than anything. I truly believe had we gone with another company, we would not have had the same experience. Thank you all for your hard work, your professionalism, and for helping our family through one of the most stressful home situations we’ve experienced. We appreciate you more than you know.

Big THANK YOU to the team (Amram, Liu’s, and Nay) for correctly diagnosing the drainage piping leak issue and then promptly correcting it! They provided periodic updates and educated me on cast iron piping. I reside in a townhome and the first two plumbing companies that came out via my home warranty incorrectly diagnosed the issue and left me with multiple access cuts in my drywall as well as a broken water heater (yes the plumbers literally, inadvertently broke my water heater. With the John Stevenson plumbing team I learned how the pipes in my home are routed through the entire complex and the reasons for the damaged piping. I would gladly recommend this team/company to anyone dealing with corroded/cracked cast iron piping. I would admit the price is too expensive but I am confident I will not have any issue with this pipe for many years!

We had entire new air-conditioning duct system installed. Besmire and the install team spent two days here making sure everything was up to code and the installation looked pristine. They did a fantastic job! Then John Stevenson sent Allan out on Saturday morning to troubleshoot a cooling issue we had that evening. Allan was truly amazing, troubleshooting our cooling issue which was related to a circuit breaker tripping on one of our AC units outside. He spent around four hours at our house making sure everything was functioning as it should be after the install by Besmire and team. Allan was exceptional! We highly recommend John Stevenson!

My technicians were awesome I’m very impressed with Hunter and Alan. Very professional. Did their work. I’m super happy. I made a big investment with a new Ac/ heat unit. And jon Stevenson is a pleasure to work with and jon Stevenson is lucky to have Hunter and Alan on their team! Big thanks to Hunter and Alan. Appreciate their work very much. Thanks guys! Purdom

Kaleb, Komin and Ty were awesome! They replaced the water heater at my aunt’s house while I was house sitting. They were professional and respectful at all times. Kaleb was informative throughout the entire water heater replacement. After installation was complete, Kaleb explained what was done, how to know if it’s working correctly and what to do if it’s not. They cleaned the work area. I would definitely recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.
