It’s hard to believe we’ve spent the last four weeks with the Stevenson plumbing team… although honestly it somehow also feels like we survived five years together. We had four plumbing companies out to assess our initial issue and three of them all conceded to John Stevenson, telling us as new homeowners that they were the company skilled enough for our HUGE task at hand. When you go through a major plumbing disaster in your home, the people helping you end up seeing REAL life unfold. This crew has literally been with our family through the chaos — the uncertainty, the stress, the endless questions, the coughing/sneezing sicknesses that somehow hit at the worst possible time, and even the uncomfortable but necessary conversations like about feminine products how much risk are we taking by an occasional flush in our home while repairs were being preformed. Somewhere along the way, these guys became more than just plumbers. We laughed together, joked together, shared meals together, took selfies together and got through a genuinely difficult situation together. Our family could not have made it through this fiasco without Stevenson and every single crew member both on-site and behind the scenes. From the very beginning, we knew we were in good hands. Every step of the process was communicated clearly, honestly, and professionally. They consistently kept us informed, reassured us during the uncertainty, and walked us through every possible risk and next step with patience and integrity. What stood out most was the ethics and care from every single person involved. In a situation this stressful, that matters more than anything. I truly believe had we gone with another company, we would not have had the same experience. Thank you all for your hard work, your professionalism, and for helping our family through one of the most stressful home situations we’ve experienced. We appreciate you more than you know.

I very happy with John Stevenson Plumbing! I have worked with several skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly servicemen over the past several services and I want to thank them all. To start the awesome office staff (specifically Luz) for making my urgency a priority and getting someone out to me that same day. Theo and Aiden were great at diagnosing my issuing and scheduling me timely for a tankless water heater replacement. Luis and Komin actually did the removal and install and they were first class!!! They did a wonderful job and answered all of my questions. And today I had another wonderful experience with Evan and Amram. They helped me deal with some maintenance issues at my Airbnb and were fantastic. Thank you!!!! 🙏

I highly recommend John Stevenson Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning! From the first phone call to the completion of the job, the entire experience was professional, efficient, and stress-free. The technicians arrived on time, clearly explained the issues and repair options, and completed the work with great attention to detail. What stood out most was their honesty, knowledgeable service, and commitment to my satisfaction. They treated my home with respect, left everything clean, and made sure I understood everything before they left. Huge kudos and thanks to Brent, Kaleb at Jesus. Very polite and professional young men.

Kaleb, Komin and Ty were awesome! They replaced the water heater at my aunt’s house while I was house sitting. They were professional and respectful at all times. Kaleb was informative throughout the entire water heater replacement. After installation was complete, Kaleb explained what was done, how to know if it’s working correctly and what to do if it’s not. They cleaned the work area. I would definitely recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

Hunter and Joshua were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, arriving the very same day I called for help. They conducted a thorough inspection and took the time to clearly explain exactly what was happening, using photos to make sure I fully understood the situation. What impressed me most was their honesty, patience, and attention to detail. They listened to my concerns and developed a plan of action that was tailored to my specific needs, giving me confidence every step of the way.
