The Total Air crew recently replaced my current central air system with a new system. Robert Reed came out to our house to review the space and determine the size of system needed to cool and heat our house. They helped me out with financing the new system thru Wells Fargo. The install then was done over two days the next week by Jose, Joe, and Vincent. They did a great job of installing our units and were very diligent to clean up after they were done. I would highly recommend the Total Air and Plumbing team for any AC repair or replacement needs you have at your house.

I’m new to the area and was looking for an AC company to help me with some issues with my AC. I called Total Air and Plumbing, and they sent Alex H to my house…Alex was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated his honesty and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Alex for any HVAC service needs!

We had an issue with the AC system producing a burning smell while being 10 degree cold weather outside. The technician came out and diagnosed the issue in less than 15 minutes leading to us finding out that one of the main power terminals smoldered. He fixed it in about 10 minutes and had us back to a warm house. We asked him why this happened and he was very knowledgeable on how that may have happened.

Great service. Showed up on time, (with advanced notice that he was on the way). Clearly communicated what his steps were as well as any findings. Took care to keep my house and floors clean. Tech Tyler was quite the professional! Been with Total air for my A/C needs going on 11 years and will continue to do so!

I highly recommend Total Air and Heat for all of your HVAC needs. I have been using TAH for the past 20 years+. This is the second set of air conditioners they have installed for me. The team of technicians (Jacob Stoup, Jose Ceja, and Skylar Morris) did an outstanding job with the recent installation. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Jacob kept me updated on all aspects of the installation. They cleaned and removed all of the debris prior to departing. I highly recommend Total Air and Heat for all of you heating and cooling needs!!!
