In contrast, Keith Williams took the time to explain the heating load, why proper sizing matters, and the technical reasoning behind his recommendation. It felt like true consulting rather than a sales pitch. His professionalism and patience gave me confidence that the decision was grounded in sound engineering. The installation team — Adan Ruiz and Edgar — were outstanding. They were organized, precise, and extremely detail-oriented. They flushed the system, verified pressures, tested every baseboard, and made sure everything was fully operational before leaving. A supervisor stopped by during the installation to review the work, and customer support followed up to schedule a quality audit — impressive quality control. From the initial quote through contract and payment, the entire process was clear, structured, and professional. Four Seasons stood out not just on price, but on competence, transparency, and execution. Highly recommended.

We were in need of a new AC Unit and immediately were presented with the utmost professionalism, honesty and respect by two of the finest HVAC Technicians from Four Seasons HVAC company. Both Martise Davis and Ahmed Tims informed us of the process in installing the new AC unit. They are knowledgeable, articulate and very responsive in making sure that the job was done. Not only were they both working cohesively, but displayed Great Pride in accomplishing their job performance. Both Martise Davis and Ahmed Tims are the perfect role models of what every company should have their employees model after. Four Seasons is by far the Best of the Midwest!

I called for an estimate to replace my HVAC system. They responded promptly. Adam visited the same day and gave a great price. No nonsense talks. Straight to the point with full transparency of the price. Worked with Anthony who is also very much responsible worked towards scheduling the installations asap. The installation was done by Adan Ruiz and his partner. Adan is very professional and did a fantastic job and on time. Maintained a great working area throught the installation process. Explained the detailed process. Very nice, clean and perfect and professional work produced by Adan. Also he followed all the procedures depeicted by Four Seasons. The work he is performing is full of professionalism, ethics, hygenic, and transparency. He and his partner is great asset to Four Seasons for its growth and business. Keep up the good work. I had a very positive experience working with Sadi Hussein from Four Seasons Heating & Cooling. Sadi was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain my HVAC options without making me feel pressured. He answered my questions clearly, was patient throughout the process, and demonstrated a strong understanding of the equipment, installation process, and available solutions for my home. What I appreciated most was his honesty, responsiveness, and commitment to customer service. He made the experience feel straightforward and informative, which is important when making a significant investment in a heating and cooling system. After being customers of Four Seasons for several years, we will never use them again. We routinely scheduled preventative maintenance twice a year for both our heating and cooling systems, but our recent experiences have completely eroded our trust in this company. Earlier this year, one of their technicians came to our home and behaved in a sexist and unprofessional manner, attempting to sell me on repairs that he later contradicted when my husband arrived. We filed a complaint, and Four Seasons offered us a complimentary preventative maintenance visit as a goodwill gesture. At the end of April, Four Seasons performed their advertised 22-point air conditioning inspection before the cooling season. We were told everything looked good and that our system was ready to go. Despite the promised credit, we were still charged for the service. Just two and a half weeks later, when we turned on our air conditioner for the first time that season, it failed to cool the house below 76 degrees. We discovered the system had a refrigerant leak—an issue that should have been identified during the preventative inspection. Because the unit is located on our upper floor, the leak ultimately caused significant water damage that extended to our main floor, resulting in more than $2,500 in repairs. We immediately contacted Four Seasons, but they were unable to send anyone until the following day, forcing us to call an emergency HVAC company to diagnose the problem. When Four Seasons eventually arrived, they confirmed the refrigerant leak, charged us an additional $500, and advised us to file a claim to help cover the damage. Since then, my husband and I have repeatedly contacted their claims department. Each time, we were told a supervisor was reviewing the matter and would call us back. Neither of us has received a return call. Four Seasons has since denied our claim and refuses to provide details about what is actually included in their 22-point inspection. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and refusal to stand behind their work have been incredibly disappointing. After years of loyalty, we can no longer recommend this company and will be sharing our experience with friends, family, and others considering their services.
