Our 4 Seasons Crew did a great job of responding back to me when our a/c-furnace was not working. I called and was able to make an appointment for service the next day. The service people were professional and knowledgeable. Gerardo was one of our installation professionals and he was very responsive to our needs. Within a matter of hours they removed our old furnace and replaced it with a new elevated Lennox furnace. I have used them in the past and will continue to use this company. I would highly recommend this company.

I called for an estimate to replace my HVAC system. They responded promptly. Adam visited the same day and gave a great price. No nonsense talks. Straight to the point with full transparency of the price. Worked with Anthony who is also very much responsible worked towards scheduling the installations asap. The installation was done by Adan Ruiz and his partner. Adan is very professional and did a fantastic job and on time. Maintained a great working area throught the installation process. Explained the detailed process. Very nice, clean and perfect and professional work produced by Adan. Also he followed all the procedures depeicted by Four Seasons. The work he is performing is full of professionalism, ethics, hygenic, and transparency. He and his partner is great asset to Four Seasons for its growth and business. Keep up the good work. The whole experience with Four Seasons has been positive. Keith came and gave us options and provided us with fair quotes and took his time to explain the benefits of each option. For install, Alan and Anthony were on time, polite and very thorough in explaining their plan to install my new furnace. I highly recommend them. The company was quick to call me and schedule a quality check on my new install, that proactive approach is much appreciated!

BAD COMPRESSOR THE NEXT DAY was deeply saddened by this companies performance after searching for weeks to trust a company to come to my house and spend a little over 10 K. Chris brayton Home comfort specialist was great. Alan Barreto Was the one that installed my furnace and outside unit. After seen my neighbors use this company for many years. I also decided to give it a try. My furnace and outside unit was installed fully Friday Around 4 PM. House felt good until the next day near noon. The house started to feel like there was only a fan on. Sunday 4 AM I called Four Seasons to come and take a look Something wasn’t right. My appointment was from 8 to 10 1030 came by never came. I had to call ,finally made it a little afternoon. Worker that came couldn’t figure out the problem. He got a new circuit breaker that wasn’t the problem. He switched the circuit breaker Location from the bottom to the top that wasn’t the problem. Not sure what else he replaced from the outside unit that wasn’t the problem ,comes out to be that the compressor was bad. COMPRESSOR ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY AND WAS INSTALLED. I called and I told them that I wasn’t happy about what’s going on especially them promoting that the Lennox will not break down within a year. Customer service manager if I’m not mistaken Christopher decided to give me a free first year cleaning. Still not happy from what happened I don’t think a free cleaning is going to make up of me spending a little over 10 K since I’m also going to buy the water heater as a combo package . They told me that I was going to get a $500 off. I had a quote of 2000 to add the water heater and that’s the hole I’m in right now still waiting for them to call me back so I can get things going. I just wanted to come here and share my experience in this stressful situation. [ update May 27 2026. Not only can it get worse, but I’ve been waiting to get a quote from them for about five days now and now I can’t add my water heater on top of my original loan, but I have to start a whole new loan. Due to the poor communication between them and the financial company , I just spoke with the financing On Friday, but now it’s too late to add it on top of my original loan despite being a holiday on Monday]

I was in search for a good HVAC company because that one I used to use went out of business on me. After searching and searching, I decided to give Four Seasons a try. I would highly recommend any repair and/or installation from Four Seasons HVAC! Here are two reasons why. 1. Sadi Hussein came in for the initial repairs; and I knew something was seriously wrong when my A/C wouldn't cool the home after all this time. He was able to find some issues and other possible issues. Instead of giving us a single option, Sadi Hussein provided multiple options gave us the option to select. No pressure by any means as he wanted to make sure everything was on the table. He was ready and willing to do whatever we wanted to ensure we had a working system. Now, after that, 2. The professionalism and dedication by Dennis Washington just blew me away. There were unforseen issues that were thrown at him, but he refused to give up and throw in the towel. It's been a very long time since I've seen this level of care and someone who puts their customers first. Want to talk about staying calm and thinking clearly with a level head, Dennis Washington. If you ever need to place a service call with Four Seasons HVAC, I BEG OF YOU, please request Dennis Washington. This is one I'd wait and make sure I can get on his service call log. Four Seasons, you have an absolutely amazing employees in both Dennis Washington and Sadi Hussein!
