Financing was a huge part of it because I didn’t have three thousand dollars. I would rate my overall experience with them as an A. I have already recommend them.”

They had called my parents several times telling them that they were late with the payments and it turned out that we had sent the payment in about a month earlier and it was sitting there the whole time. I think they did plumbing work. Overall, I’d give them an A. They were fine. The only issue was the whole billing thing.”

“I have some experience with them when they installed a clothes dryer. They didn’t put the legs underneath so it is about 2-inches lower than the washing machine right next to it. It’s kind of a little awkward but I think the guys passed on that one and I’m not very happy with that part. They just put the machine on the ground without putting the little legs underneath which are actually designed to bring it to the right height. You don’t see that while they are putting it in and then they just walked away. There was something that I needed them to fix once for me. The guy looked pretty knowledgeable. He charged me immediately and then when I looked at the charge, he didn’t even give me the $25 discount from the coupon that I was offered by the company. He charged me $25. Overall, I’d give them a C. They could have done a better job in leveling the clothes dryer in relation to the washing machine. I know they didn’t put the legs on, which they are supposed to be underneath there to actually bring it to the right level. It was install and walk away. I can say they showed up so that was good. I think they know what they are doing but they do a fast job.”

They didn’t show up for a scheduled appointment twice and that was negative. The manager was supposed to call me and he never did. It was one thing after another on one particular thing. Finally, I got somebody else in. My overall plumbing experience would be rated a C- if I lumped them all together. I have to assume they know what they’re doing, they seem to. I have recommended them.”
