“Project was a generator installation. Milltown was more expensive than others who had quoted the job but they did the whole project from digging trenches to the electrical and gas. There were a lot of pieces to the project so it was good to have one person manage all facets of the project. The project took weeks longer than it should have and there were a few glitches that we are not happy with, such as the generator being installed backwards so we are looking at the connections rather than the front of the generator. The electrician managing the project did work at keeping me informed of the status and any issues that came up and did make an effort to satisfy us, the customers. The field team, including excavators, electricians and others were all very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. One negative is the office staff and their practices. I was not ever able to get to the people I was trying to reach or even to their voicemail. If I was fortunate enough to speak with Addy or Anthony, it was clear that they followed through on getting the message to the person I was trying to reach. Others who answered the line but did not identify themselves were not as responsive and time sensitive messages did not seem to get to the recipient in a timely manner. Not ideal from a customer service perspective. There are still a couple of minor outstanding tasks to complete on the project that are not affecting the operation of the generator but the final check was cashed weeks ago. With proper planning, the project could easily have been completed in two weeks, rather than 2 months plus but in fairness, they were very helpful about scheduling the project on short notice so they could potentially have completed it before the winter weather moved in rather than waiting until spring.”
