Can't say enough good things about the service I received! From Ralph at the switchboard to Clara who oversaw all the work, everyone was professional & friendly. When I wanted to add a water filter at the last second to my new kitchen faucet, they were able to pivot and still got it done on time. The new bathroom and kitchen faucets, along with brand new shutoff valves for each, made my condo feel new! I would absolutely use MillTown again. Major props to Clara & Alex, who treated me like royalty and did a top notch job!

We called MillTown for some electrical work we wanted done in our bedroom. They did a full inspection of our panels for us, walked is through every step of what needed to be fixed in order to accomplish our project, were very transparent on pricing (which was very reasonable by the way!), they offer flexible payment plans, and the work was fast, but impeccable. Nick was our main technician on the project and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for any services you may need.

Went to install a dishwasher but soon found out first that the electrical cord to the dishwasher was to short to reach the electrical box to the dishwasher do to it being in the front of it not in the back where it was on the old one, the found out that it was hard wired inside the electrical box under the sink. I personally am not one who deals with electricity at all lol. So I goggle searched for a electrician and Milltown came up so I called. The person that I spoke to was very nice and respect and listened to my problem. He then transferred me to someone that also was nice and respectful and listened to my problem and got my info. Told me that he could have someone to me the next day between 8am - 8:30am. The next morning and young man came at 8am. I should him my problem he assessed it told me options, I chose one told me he needed to go back to shop and get the necessary parts to do the job. He came back and got straight to work. After he was done he assisted me with hooking up water line and drain hose and even helped me push dishwasher in its spot, that me was above and beyond. The young man was very polite and knew his job and did a great job and I am very satisfied with the job he did. I fully recommend this company. They also is a company that recognizes veterans and offer a great plan.

I had a very positive experience with Liz during my recent MillTown home inspection. She was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about her work. What I appreciated most was the time she took to answer my questions and explain what she was seeing throughout the house. She made the different plumbing, water-quality, and home-protection options easy to understand and provided helpful information about routine care and maintenance of my home's systems. Liz was also very observant beyond the immediate items we were discussing. When she noticed something that might warrant additional attention from another MillTown specialty, she appropriately noted it for follow-up rather than trying to address something outside the scope of her visit. I appreciated that attention to the whole house and her willingness to make sure my concerns reached the right people. Throughout the appointment, Liz was friendly, patient, informative, and never made me feel rushed while I asked questions. I came away from the inspection with a much better understanding of my home's plumbing and water systems and the options available to me. Liz represented MillTown extremely well, and I would be very happy to have her back for future work or inspections. Great experience overall.

I’ve had Milltown come service my house for both plumbing and heating and have always had a great experience! They are always quick to respond to emergencies or questions and always follow up.
