Contracted with Blue to repaint the exterior of our home summary of 2025. The people we worked with to complete the contract and go over the home were very nice, informative, and helpful and we signed the contract the same day. However, I was not happy with the overall result for a few reasons: The job was subcontracted out to anther individual. I don't really have an issue with this, however Blue said there would be a representative on-site when the work was being done as well as afterwards to inspect the work, neither of these took place. Also the individual who did the actual painting tried to add cost to work that was already in the contract, such as painting the window frames and shutters. This was an awkward and unpleasant situation to what felt like trying to negotiate what was already in the contract. I was told during contracting the house would be fully sanded and cleaned for the paint to have the best chance of not peeling later. No sanding was done. The exterior was power washed, however this was done in a way that caused water to ingress near a window frame on the upper floor causing slight damage. I asked to have the shutters removed and painted and was told this could potentially damage them in the process - no problem that makes sense. However about a month after the work was completed one of the shutters started to fall off the house. Upon inspection, it seems the workers attempted to re-fasten the shutter to the house using wood screws which did not work and instead damaged the siding. I would have rather have been told one of the shutters was damaged and I could have sourced a new shutter. When I asked about some of the issues they sent the same subcontractor back which was not helpful. After paying nearly 7k I would not recommend them, it was hard to contact them and I didn't seem like a priority.

Blue painting did an awesome job. They came back and did a great job in redoing where the rain had washed off some paint. Very hard working employees. They worked with us to make sure we were extremely satisfied.

Jhonaton and coworker were at our home at the time expected and did a very nice job today. They used a lot of taping and floor coverings to protect our home. They were finished in one day! Very nice guys, nice work ethics, great job. Had not used Blue Painting before, but would recommend going forward.

I highly recommend Jonathon as a deck staining specialist. They demonstrated exceptional dedication and hard work throughout the entire day. Single-handedly, they managed to complete the entire project within a day. Jonathon's professionalism and polite demeanor were also noteworthy. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their services. We attempted to stain the deck ourselves and didn't go well. As you can see he was able to fix our mistakes!

BLUE Painting was wonderful to work with. Through negotiations and final signoff everyone was communicative and easy going. When we noticed a few spots needing touch ups, they were out the next day to make sure we were happy with the final product!
