We had our house painted by Paris Painting in May and their work exceeded our expectations! The process, from getting the quote to completion of the project, went smoothly; the communication was impressive. Our project manager, Sahir, kept us informed about the process and was very responsive when we had questions. He thoroughly reviewed the plan with us on the first day and made sure we agreed. He provided updates along the way and wanted us to be fully satisfied at our final walk through. Danilo’s and Jose’s attention to detail, efficiency, quality of work and friendliness were amazing! It was obvious that they knew what had to be done for this specific job and had a plan for the timing of each step. They were polite and respectful, and busy the whole time they were at the house. We are very happy with our refreshed look and highly recommend Paris Painting.

The crew did a full repaint of the exterior including carpentry for trim and siding repairs. My house is 110 years old and was overdue for painting since I purchased last year. The stucco was starting to show spider cracks which are now completely sealed to prevent further decay. Shoutout to Stephen in sales, Toby in Carpentry and Jonathan the project manager. I was given a detailed quote and everyone was working off the same information. I always knew what was being done and what to expect. I think I was the first project of the season but it was done very quickly as soon as weather permitted. Very happy with final result!

We had a fantastic experience working with Paris Painting to paint our repaired home siding and trim after the team at Paris Home Exteriors made the necessary repairs. What originally started as a smaller project eventually expanded into a full basement repaint (including ceilings), along with additional work upstairs in the kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and entry stairway. The project is now complete, and I honestly could not be happier with the final result. One of the things that stood out most throughout the process was the guidance with color selection and overall design direction. The team helped me choose multiple colors for different spaces, including the basement and stairway areas, and everything came together beautifully. The final color combinations completely transformed the feel of the home while still keeping it warm and cohesive. The project started strong with a smooth color-selection process, attentive management, and a professional crew. There were a few issues with the initial installer, but what truly separated Paris Painting from many contractors was how management handled the situation afterward. Sarah communicated clearly, followed through consistently, and even came onsite personally to address finishing details, including custom-tinted caulking that matched extremely well. Paris Painting also provided a partial refund and future credit, which demonstrated accountability and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
