We had some fairly extensive water damage on our home due to some older poorly installed windows. Frank from New Town came in and assessed the situation, gave us some options and his recommendations on a plan to take care of everything. The bid was very fair so we went forward. From start to finish, the crews were professional, and we felt like they did excellent work. They left the interior and exterior cleaner than they found it, which was very much appreciated. The quality of the painting and staining was so good that we hired them back to touch up the finishes on the rest of the house. I can highly recommend New Town Exteriors & Painters.

Frank and his team did a great job. Frank’s integrity and professionalism were outstanding. He kept returning to finish an area that was problematic due to heat and the reaction of the paint. He came back repeatedly until it was fixed. He didn’t stop until it was done. I would definitely hire them again. New Town was a pleasure to work with.

Many years ago while getting bids to paint the exterior of our home, a neighbor referred us to Frank and New Town Exteriors & Painters. Since then, New Town has painted our home exterior, interior, replaced siding, and made chimney repairs for us. Most recently, Frank and his team replaced our roof resulting in a significant homeowners insurance savings as a bonus! With each project we sought several bids. New Town was the obvious choice. The estimates were always consistent with the competition and the quotes really reflected our needs and expectations. Anytime there was an unexpected issue or complication (every project has them), it was handled by Frank or his crew with professionalism and to everyone’s satisfaction.
