“If I could give a higher rating, I would... From scheduling to packing and unpacking the van, all ran smoothly. My team, Denis, Jose' and Dustin were amazing. They cheerfully did their jobs in the blistering heat, even fixed my headboard before moving it (I didn't realize it was missing screws, likely for years!). All of my furniture was carefully wrapped, there were no scratches nor dings when it arrived at my new home, no boxes were crushed. This was the best moving experience I've ever had. I highly recommend this company and their fabulous team!”

“The moving crew did an outstanding job of loading and packing the truck. They maximize all the truck space to fit all of our belongings which was an amazing job considering the amount of stuff we had. Highly recommend their crew for packing and loading the moving truck.”

“Much of our fur inure was damaged in the move. Walls were damaged in our mew home. My husband and friends had to help move the refrigerator. First hour there was only a two man crew but I was charged for 5 . Crew stopped for an hour and 15 minutes to grab food and still charged for that time. They were polite.”

“Was really disappointed in everything that happened with my move. They failed to estimate how much stuff I had and failed to send enough movers to move my stuff. Had one gentlemen quit during my move as well. My husband ended up helping the movers until someone's family member could come and help out. The whole point of hiring movers was so my husband would NOT have to move the items. I get that things happen, but doing a better estimate would have been key to this problem.”

“There was absolutely no communication with me confirming my move date. I didn't know if the would even show up, even though they did; two hours late and minus one man. The move took all day long because we were down a man. The movers worked hard but I think this company is mismanaged.”

“I had an agreement with one of the owners on price and time and how things would go, but when they came and did the service he was out of town. The movers reported different times to the other owner who was on staff at the time, charging me for more hours than they actually worked. When I disputed it, they lowered it some, but then he made some comment about how the homeowner usually buys lunch for the movers. That would've been fine if someone had indicated that I needed to do that, but as it was they took an hour for lunch and charged me for that. Then they also charged me for standing around in the driveway trying to figure out the bill. I called the other guy to ask for a refund and I told them I would never use them again. If the two owners can't be on the same page, what good is their work?”
