I have moved over 20 times and half of them have been long distance . I am often nervous as I've experienced a few Nightmare moves. Elmer and Ernesto with Star International Movers were excellent!!! What I appreciate the most wad how careful they were with my items and super communicative throughout the move from providing an ETA in advance to the patience that was taken when reviewing the inventory. They were both personable and efficient. I would recommend Star International Movers and if needed, would use them again. Thank you Elmer and Ernesto

I had an excellent experience with Star Moving Solutions. The JP team consisting of Hugo, Raul, Leo, and Jose were incredibly kind and courteous throughout the entire process. They remained patient with all my requests and never showed any signs of frustration moving my heavy furniture through multiple floors. They worked quickly, efficiently, and even made sure to pick up all the empty boxes and paper. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the delivery and unpacking of my household goods smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a reliable moving service!

Incredible moving experience! Luis, Derian, Ronaldo and Carlos were exceptional! They were on-time, took great care packing and unpacking our items, and made sure everything was placed where I wanted it. The final price was very close to the estimated cost. I highly recommend Star Moving!

We used them for packing and long distance moving. The reviews have to be fake as this was the most unethical and u reliable moving experience, and I have had many cross country moves. 1/4 of our boxes / possessions are missing. How is that even possible? And how convenient that they are the boxes with valuable and expensive items. Some prepackednirwms were emptied out and reboxed, while others with valuables are missing. There is also broken furniture. Only one of the 3 packers spoke English, so it was hard to communicate and give directions. Everything was mixed up e.x. shoes mixed with books, photos with shoes and bathroom items. Things from different rooms and locations were mixed togjettjer. They took all day to pack. Given so many things missing, I wonder if it’s because they were deliberating putting valuables in certain boxes. I just can’t figure out how they lost so many boxes. They were also 2 weeks late, and started traveling 10 days after they picked up household goods. So, we had to stay longer at a hotel waiting for our items. I’ll be filing several claims, and recommending that the military doesn’t use them. I’m appalled at how such an unethical business is paid over 10,000 per move, treats their customers like this and still continues to be in business . UPDATE: Company claimed that I reviewed the wrong movers. Here are two of their boxes which they packed my stuff in which show their website and phone numbers also shown on their website. So, I am not mistaken. They were two weeks late and also lost 1/4 of our boxes: I also have the final inventory list to prove this that shows 1/4 of boxes missing. I am not posting that here for my own privacy as it has my information.

Star Moving Solutions/The Kikos team (Jesus, Jose, and Federico) did a fabulous job moving me! They were all very respectful, contientous, professional, and efficient. All at a great price! I highly recommend them for helping you move!
