“Russell Roofing was professional from start to finish. They came out to our home to assess the damage and gave us a bid for the work to be done. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded to my phone call and they scheduled the job as quickly as they were able to. When they did the work, they kept control of the area the whole time and kept the area free of debris on the ground. I very much appreciated how quickly and carefully they worked and I can highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again.”

“These guys were excellent. They communicated everything they were doing, and their work is clean, and they were mostly done in a day. we did have one big change-order due to problems with the structure that were impossible to see clearly before tearing off the old roof. Even with that change, the work was done in a day. I had some minor concerns about a few details after reviewing their work, but our PM responded quickly and they addressed all of them the next day. Overall, the experience was excellent and I would do it again.”
“Russell is an excellent company to work with. They do quality work and have great people to work with. As a result, they can take a long time to get scheduled, and also due to the nature of roof work, their schedules are subject to change due to other circumstances. They could do better about communicate this to clients. This is my second major project with Russell and there was a bit of a disconnect between the sales rep and defined scope versus what was ultimately installed. Russell was very responsive to it and addressed it (work that was "bought" was not installed resulting in their having to come back out and remobilize), but it was a little frustrating to have to be the one pointing this out (multiple times).”

“The crew from start to finish was friendly and professional. The work was begun on schedule and completed rather more quickly than expected given the weather forecast for the week. They photographed every set of the project and made it available to us since were about to see the roof in person. The estimate based on drone photography and a visual inspection of the roof covered a 'worst case scenario' as well as a 'best case scenario.'”
