Jessica Francisco was extremely helpful addressing the issues I was having concerning the problems with the gutter system on my house. She is dedicated, knowledgeable and customer oriented. She listens to the customer and focuses on addressing their needs to solve their issues and concerns. It was a pleasure to have my concerns addressed by a customer service representative who focused on bringing this issue to a resolution.

Look, they did fine work when I was on their plan. I wasn’t home much due to work and the offer to come quarterly was decent. The one star comes from one of their guys saying I had a damaged and rusting gutter 2 weeks after I had my roof and gutters completely replaced. Then I would get nonstop calls about how they could fix the gutter for pretty much the same price it was for new gutters. This bothered me a bit so I just cancelled the service as I changed jobs and I was home more and could handle myself. After cancelling, I get calls at least 3 times per week and nonstop mail. Either trying to get the business back OR still talking about the gutter that doesn’t have any issue whatsoever. So I call and have them take me off of the mailing/calling list after I block the number that kept reaching out to me. You’d think I’d stop getting calls? Absolutely not. It seems as if they have an infinite amount of numbers they can call from. It has become absolutely ridiculous.

The team did a fantastic job leaning my gutters. They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. He sent me before and after pictures and reached out to make sure I was satisfied with the work they did. My gutters look great. I will definitely use them again. I have attached before and after pictures.

Have used this company for a second home. Their cleaning of our gutters was fine but question their business practices. Because my credit card info has been compromised I asked them to invoice me. They agreed to email an invoice for a 9.00$ charge or I could secure the account with an old credit card. Not sure that’s even legal.

Domonique was so incredibly kind, helpful and professional. He helped guide me through options available to me and worked with me until we found a plan that was conducive to my schedule and current challenges. Work is being performed today. If the customer service is any indicator of performance then this will be one of the best decisions Ive made in our new home.
