Jessica Francisco was extremely helpful addressing the issues I was having concerning the problems with the gutter system on my house. She is dedicated, knowledgeable and customer oriented. She listens to the customer and focuses on addressing their needs to solve their issues and concerns. It was a pleasure to have my concerns addressed by a customer service representative who focused on bringing this issue to a resolution.

Look, they did fine work when I was on their plan. I wasn’t home much due to work and the offer to come quarterly was decent. The one star comes from one of their guys saying I had a damaged and rusting gutter 2 weeks after I had my roof and gutters completely replaced. Then I would get nonstop calls about how they could fix the gutter for pretty much the same price it was for new gutters. This bothered me a bit so I just cancelled the service as I changed jobs and I was home more and could handle myself. After cancelling, I get calls at least 3 times per week and nonstop mail. Either trying to get the business back OR still talking about the gutter that doesn’t have any issue whatsoever. So I call and have them take me off of the mailing/calling list after I block the number that kept reaching out to me. You’d think I’d stop getting calls? Absolutely not. It seems as if they have an infinite amount of numbers they can call from. It has become absolutely ridiculous.

The team did a fantastic job leaning my gutters. They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. He sent me before and after pictures and reached out to make sure I was satisfied with the work they did. My gutters look great. I will definitely use them again. I have attached before and after pictures.

Will never hire this company again. I called on a Monday and was told they’d come “sometime this week.” They didn’t show, and when I called back, I was told it would actually be within 14 days. When they finally arrived, they rang the bell and left within minutes. I called immediately and was told they couldn’t do the job because my dog was in the backyard — something never mentioned before. I said I would bring them in and they said they would get them to turn around, It took 45 minutes before they said they’d come back the next day. They eventually did the work, but I never got the promised email with photos. When I asked, they claimed they don’t take pictures “for insurance reasons,” saying workers must have both hands on the ladder. If that’s true, how are they cleaning gutters? Extremely unprofessional and shady. Avoid this company.

Ray and his co worker came out this morning to clean my gutters, even though it was pouring rain. They did an excellent job and cleaned up as good as they could with it pouring rain. I highly recommend them.
