The team did a fantastic job leaning my gutters. They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. He sent me before and after pictures and reached out to make sure I was satisfied with the work they did. My gutters look great. I will definitely use them again. I have attached before and after pictures.

I strongly advise against using Ned Stevens due to their disorganized communication and unauthorized service. I originally cancelled my service with them in 2024. The crew on-site at the time confirmed they would note the cancellation in my file. Yet, a year later, I received a text out of the blue stating a crew was arriving. Less than two minutes later, they were already on my roof. This was incredibly alarming as I had my roof and gutters completely replaced just six months ago. I was terrified they would damage my new gutter guards. When I called the office on 12/12/25 to straighten this out, I was given the run-around. Call 1 (12:07 PM): The representative promised to send me an email confirming my cancellation. The email never arrived. Call 2 (1:25 PM): A different representative confirmed I was cancelled but claimed he couldn't send me written proof because my request to cancel placed me on a 'do not contact' list. I am left hoping the cancellation actually went through this time. Save yourself the headache and find a different company.

Would recommend going with someone else. I hired them to do gutter cleaning and to install gutter guards at my house. The completely missed installing the gutter guards. When I confronted them about this, they offered to send a crew out to install them on the gutters that I needed them on but when the crew came, all they did was verify that the gutter didn't have gutter guards on it. No one ever came back out to install the actual guards that I paid for. Would avoid doing business with this company at all costs.

Showed up and were finished in 8 minutes for the price of $150 on 62' of gutter on the back of house only. Nothing special on equipment other then 2 leaf blowers. I got a ladder and checked the downspout and it was half clogged, so I took apart the 2 bottom sections of the downspout and then shot water from the roof eave down and cleared out the downspout. It's unreal to charge this price for 62' of gutter blown out with a leaf blower and then not making sure the downspout was cleaned out. I won't be using this firm again. Reputation means everything and they didn't prove it at this residence. ...

Will never hire this company again. I called on a Monday and was told they’d come “sometime this week.” They didn’t show, and when I called back, I was told it would actually be within 14 days. When they finally arrived, they rang the bell and left within minutes. I called immediately and was told they couldn’t do the job because my dog was in the backyard — something never mentioned before. I said I would bring them in and they said they would get them to turn around, It took 45 minutes before they said they’d come back the next day. They eventually did the work, but I never got the promised email with photos. When I asked, they claimed they don’t take pictures “for insurance reasons,” saying workers must have both hands on the ladder. If that’s true, how are they cleaning gutters? Extremely unprofessional and shady. Avoid this company.
