Pond Roofing you were awesome! From my first encounter with your wonderful and energetic Sales Representative Brett Seace through the build and install of my new skylight and roofing project I was very impressed. I couldn't be more pleased with the work done and my new skylight. The entire experience was seamless and professional. The crew was punctual, friendly to me and respectful to my home. They were clearly skilled at what they do. They also kept the worksite clean and communicated with me during the work and after the completion of the job. On top of all this I received a delicious gift of cookies for choosing Pond Roofing. i couldn't be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Pond Roofing for their professionalism, outstanding workmanship, and attention to me and my concerns. I even stopped by the administration office to say hello and provide them with my final payment. The office staff could not have been more friendly. First snow of the season on our house after Pond completely upgraded siding and trim. Super-impressed with the team’s attention to detail. It took 9 days because the team was so thorough removing old wood and upgrading trim piece-by-piece. The team is extremely professional and even on the final day they were giving design recommendations and asking for input. They did not “phone in” any aspect of the job!

We used this company the last time (2002) so were comfortable with the process. The estimator spent an hour walk through the attic and on the roof to survey the work. Then he gave us several options, of which we picked the mid-level job. He then gave a quote with all the work and materials detailed. We submitted an online deposit several days later. About four weeks we received notice that a team would be at the house to replace the roof. I prepared the attic with tarps because the estimator showed me several plywood sheets that would need to be replaced. The foreman and workers were great. We had a second crew to replace the gutter guards and do the final cleanup. We're very happy with the result. We didn't get other quotes for comparison.

We recently had Pond Roofing install a brand new door, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Jennifer, the coordinator, was exceptional in keeping us updated every step of the way, making sure we were always in the loop. The door looks absolutely amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with both the product and the customer service. The installers were also incredibly considerate, carefully working around our furniture and cleaning up thoroughly once they were finished. She was organized, responsive, and great to work with. The actual roof installation took just two days and was far quicker and smoother than we expected.
