First snow of the season on our house after Pond completely upgraded siding and trim. Super-impressed with the team’s attention to detail. It took 9 days because the team was so thorough removing old wood and upgrading trim piece-by-piece. The team is extremely professional and even on the final day they were giving design recommendations and asking for input. They did not “phone in” any aspect of the job!

We used this company the last time (2002) so were comfortable with the process. The estimator spent an hour walk through the attic and on the roof to survey the work. Then he gave us several options, of which we picked the mid-level job. He then gave a quote with all the work and materials detailed. We submitted an online deposit several days later. About four weeks we received notice that a team would be at the house to replace the roof. I prepared the attic with tarps because the estimator showed me several plywood sheets that would need to be replaced. The foreman and workers were great. We had a second crew to replace the gutter guards and do the final cleanup. We're very happy with the result. We didn't get other quotes for comparison.

I contacted Pond after getting ghosted by one roofing contractor and given a really high quote by another. Pond responded to my inquiry and set up an appointment for an estimate within 24 hours. Maynard arrived on time and immediately informed me that he did not believe it was what the original company thought it was. He worked quickly to confirm his suspicion and was able to fix the the same day and saved me thousands. Super polite, humble and honest guy. I will definitely recommend them to others and use them for future repairs.

We had a wonderful experience with Pond! Nate, their estimator, provided a thorough and honest assessment. He gave us a fair price for work that needed to be done and saved us thousands on unnecessary repairs that another company said we needed to have. Nataly got us on their schedule quickly and the roofing team did an impeccable job with the work and clean up. We highly recommend Pond!

Great experience with Pond Roofing with installation of new windows, new front door, and new shutters. Marcus did a great job managing the installation and communicating with me, and Handerzon and his crew did a great job with the work. I highly recommend them to others. Additionally, Maynard did a great job on the sale of the products, taking the time to explain the products and answer my questions! He made the decision to go with Pond Roofing very easy!
