“Probably not if they were in New Braunfels. When I originally contracted with Dawson they claimed they did work in the New Braunfels area but apparently they have very few clients in this area. I've been waiting over 45 days for them to schedule the final step of a project which was started in Feb and it is now Sept 3”
“The pro is it's a relatively good long-term foundation repair system. The cons are it'll take longer to complete and more chance to disrupt the undergrounds piping/electrical/gas/sprinkler distribution systems.”

“I met with 3 Foundation Repair Companies. The Dawson Method is by far the best for repair Piers”
“Only because I asked to have readings taken after the work was finished. I did not get that and phoned. I was told by a worker that it would be scheduled and it was not. How do I know the work performed was as promised? I don't. I was told that the slab could be brought into an acceptable standard. I do not know if the deviation of high vs low corners of the home were addressed. Just assuring that the doors close properly isn't a standard. The doors could have been hung with a deviation that could have been addressed by reframing them. I have no idea if my slab is has been leveled.”

“We had an older house remodeled and chose Dawson Foundation out of three bids because of their warranty and history. They were very professional and clean. Clean is very important when you have inside foundation work done. Warranty work was done on the house two years later for a porch area that was not previously repaired. The warranty area was at no cost. We did have they porch area repaired and paid for that. We have since sold the house and transferred the warranty to the new owners with ease. We will definitely use them on future houses.”
