I paid $33,000 for foundation work that was never completed. The first section of the house was not done correctly and required them to come back out to fix their own work. After that, the company completely disappeared. I have emailed and called multiple times and have received zero responses. At this point, I’ve been ghosted after paying a substantial amount of money, with no explanation and no resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere before trusting this company with a major project.

Curtis and Brent demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the entire process, taking the time to clearly walk me through each step of the work. They treated my property with great care and respect, and finished everything according to schedule. I would highly recommend their services without hesitation. Please continue the outstanding work!

Pricey but great service and extremely good product. Our house is originally on blocks but in very good shape and in need of leveling. The metal beam system is extremely good. Yes, it costs more than doing standard concrete piers but much more permanent. Life-time warranty and adjustment. The installation crew were great friendly people. The foreman Brandon did an excellent job of leading his crew to efficiently get the job done in two days and kept focusing on the idea of perfection. Brandon kept us informed by text and verbally on their progress. He was always willing to explain what was being done and listening to and answering any questions we had. I have to put a "shout" in for the sales person Aja. She was thorough on the inspection process by actually crawling under the house, took and shared pictures of what our block foundation was doing (which was not truly supporting our home). I have already recommended their service to others. I give them an A++ on product & service.

I was very pleased with work of Tim M. and Ian J. They let me know when they would be arriving and were very prompt. They were friendly, courteous and respectful of my home and family. I was given a clear briefing of what they would be doing. They were efficient and professional. I observed some of the lifting and am impressed the system used be Groundworks. Of course time will be the yrue judge bit i do not expect to have any problems. Tim and Ian are a good team and represent Groundworks well.

My experience with groundworks (Jacob was the tech and he was very knowledgeable and kind)?extended only to a foundation estimate. No actual foundation work was done; however, again, Jacob was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything to me. I liked his approach so much that I scheduled him next week to look at a client’s foundation. I’m looking for consistency! And he took his shoes off without being asked!
