I recently had foundation repair done by Dura Pier in Houston and had 14 exterior piers installed along the front and both sides of my home. The crew arrived on time at 8:00 AM on March 5, 2026 and worked until about 6:00 PM, returning the next day to finish around 3:00 PM. The project was completed on schedule. Communication throughout the process was very good. We originally met with our account executive, James Ruedel, in November 2025 for the consultation. At the time, we told him we would not be ready to move forward until after the Christmas holidays. One thing I appreciated was that neither James nor anyone from Dura Pier constantly called or pressured us afterward. There were no sales calls or scare tactics. When we were ready, we reached back out to James ourselves, which honestly was a refreshing change from a lot of companies these days. When the work started, the foreman took time to explain what the crew would be doing before work began. The crew was professional, respectful, and organized throughout the project. There was always a foreman on site supervising the work, and the job site stayed surprisingly clean considering the amount of excavation involved. Before finishing the project, they adjusted all of the doors in my home, including the front and back doors. They even fixed my back door so it finally closes properly; something it has not done since the house was built. They also did a great job restoring the areas where they had to cut through concrete in my garage and driveway. The concrete work turned out very well. About two weeks after the repair, some of the backfill dirt settled and washed away after rain. The foreman had already told me that could happen and said to call if I needed more dirt brought out. I called Dura Pier, they scheduled a crew, came back out, refilled the areas, and I did not even have to be home. Since then, I have not had any additional issues. It has now been almost three months since the repair and everything has held up very well. Existing cracks closed up on their own, no new cracks have appeared, and all doors are functioning properly. Pricing felt fair compared to other foundation repair companies we looked into in Houston. One thing that stood out to me during my research was the pier system itself. Dura Pier uses an interlocking pier system called Dura Lock® that is designed for Texas soil conditions. After comparing systems used by other companies, that was one of the main reasons I decided to go with them. I also appreciated that they offer financing options, including 0% interest plans, and their lifetime transferable warranty gave me additional peace of mind. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Dura Pier and would recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair in Houston.

Dura Pier did an exceptional job on my foundation repair, and I can honestly say this was one of the best contractor experiences I’ve ever had. James, the Foundation Specialist, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He thoroughly explained the entire process, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood exactly what to expect. I never felt pressured — only informed and confident in the decision. Ricardo, the Foreman, was outstanding. He is truly an amazing gentleman who took the time to explain what was happening as the work progressed. He kept me informed throughout the project and clearly takes great pride in doing things the right way. His leadership showed in the way the crew operated. The crew was exceptionally courteous, hardworking, and very skilled. They worked efficiently, respected my property, and demonstrated real craftsmanship. The stabilization was done carefully and precisely, and the results were excellent. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and cleanup. When they finished, the site was left spotless — you would never know major foundation work had just been completed. That level of professionalism speaks volumes. Now that my foundation is stabilized, I feel completely relieved and confident in the safety and longevity of my home. It’s rare these days to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise and exceeds expectations, but Dura Pier absolutely did. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

These guys are the best. Professional and courteous. I picked Dura Pier because they lock the pilings with galvanized steel rods, whereas all other companies don't lock or uses steel cables instead. From the beginning, James was extremely helpful and thorough on explaining the process and answering my questions. He showed me the severity of the house's foundation and gave me two options to choose on how much to repair. Payment was split to one payment before, and one after job completion so that you don't have to pay it all up front. When the repair team arrived, I was greeted by Johny and his team. Super courteous gents. I wasn't always available on site, but Johny kept up very good communication with me. Whenever I was on-site, Johny gave me progress updates and showed me where there might be potential problems with the house. Ultimately their team were very nice throughout the process and even put the yard back so that you can't even tell that foundation was done. Dura Pier was very professional from the quoting stage to completion. James and Johny's team were wonderful to work with. They made the doundation repair painless and most importantly communicated very thoroughly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and even have recommended Dura Pier to several friends.

James from Dura Pier Foundation Repair came out to inspect my foundation, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He was very nice, friendly, and courteous from the moment he arrived. James was extremely knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to thoroughly inspect both the inside and outside of my house. After completing the inspection, he determined that there were no foundation problems, which gave me great peace of mind.
