“They did a great job. They were very, very neat with the dirt. They dug it all out and stacked it up on canvass or boards, and when they got done I couldn't tell they had dirt everywhere. When they repaired the concrete, they had to dig into our sidewalks and driveway. They did nice curved, straight lines, curved corners so that the driveway didn't look like you had big ugly spots in it. Then he worked with me. We had a little issue with them nicking my electric fills several months later, but he helped me out in getting it fixed and I was real pleased with that. I would grade the overall experience with an A+. There are no complaints that I have. Quality of work, it was great. My house is nice and level now. I watched them really close the whole four or five days that they were there, and I was real impressed with how they worked. Customer service, I had the one problem, and he responded to my liking. So, I haven't had to get him out for any problems with the leveling yet, but the problem with my underlying electrical cable fills. You could tell it was right where they dug a hole and nicked them with a shovel, and he made it good. Punctuality, they were there early every time. Cleanliness, one of things that I first mentioned, all that dirt that they brought up, it all went back in, and I didn't see any splashes in my yard of where they left any of it. Expertise, I talked to five or six companies before I went with them; and that was the reason I went with them. I felt like the guy that came out that gave me the bid probably knew the most about what he was doing.”

“I liked that they were respectful, and they did it fast and neatly. They put everything back, and I liked that. I would grade the overall experience with an A-. Quality of work, I don't know, because it's all underground. So, the crack in my wall went back to normal. So, they did something good. Customer service, they were very nice, very polite, very professional. I think they are probably the best. They had another group that came out here once before who did it outside, and it wasn't that great. I think they did good job.”

“They did an excellent job. I would recommend them. I referred them to two other people, but I don't know if they called or not.”

“I've had two or three different occasions to use them. They seem to have a continuity of good people. When I used them the first time, they are still around the second time. They are very mature acting. They don't seem like they are just starting it the first time, inexperienced. They have a lot of experience. They have done foundation repair for me. I would grade the overall experience with an A+.”

“I liked that they were prompt. They did exactly what they told me they would do, no less or no more. It was good and no problems. I would grade the overall experience with an A+.”

“I liked that they gave a good estimate. They did the work well, and they followed through with the engineering's report on the leveling and the tension use on each of the Dura piers. I would grade the overall experience with an A+.”

“I liked our initial appointment with them. I think it was the owner who came out and gave us a thorough examination on what they would do and told us to look for in a good foundation repair company. He was a lot more knowledgeable than a lot of the repair companies we had talked to. They did foundation repair for us. I would grade the overall experience with an A+. Cleanliness, that was another thing I really liked. The guys were clean. They picked up after themselves really well.”

“I liked that the guys showed up. They're very respectful. They cleaned up around the yard. They didn't leave a mess. They got their job done and went on. They did foundation repair for me. I would grade the overall experience with an A.”

“I liked that they got the job done quick, and they did what they said they were going to. They did foundation repair work for me. I would grade the overall experience with an A.”

“I liked that they showed up when they were supposed to. They did foundation repair for me. I would grade the overall experience with an A.”

“I liked that the owner seemed pretty honest. They did foundation repair. When they got done, they adjusted the doors, which was a bonus, back to where they should be. I would grade the overall experience with an A.”

“I liked that they were very straightforward, told me exactly what I needed and the price point and everything, and it was just an easy process. They did foundation repair. I would grade the overall experience with an A+.”

“I liked that they were very nice when they came and gave us the estimate. They didn't say we needed the whole house done, like some people would, trying to get money from us. They gave us the major ones that needed to be done first, and we went with that. They were very professional and one time and did the job. I would grade the overall experience with an A+.”

“I was impressed with the amount of work they got done and the cleanup process. They did a total of 46 or 47 piers, with half of them being in the house. When they were gone, it was like they were never there. I would go with an A+ for Dura Pier.”

“I had an excellent experience working with Dura Pier. They did what they promised, and they did the work on time. I think they were very thorough in the inspection. I'd give them an A+.”

“They put a bunch of piers underneath my house and leveled it. The employees got off the truck, started working immediately, and worked all day. I was really impressed with the way they worked. They're an A+.”

“Dura Pier did foundation repair, and they did a very good job. They were excellent. The wall that was cracked has been repaired, and you can't tell that a crack was ever there.”

“It worked pretty much the way they said. They finished the job and cleaned up. Their design locked the piers together, and nobody else can do that. That's why we chose them. I would probably give them the highest rating, A+. We had an issue with the door once they started leveling my house. The door was put in after the house was built, so there was already some settling. I had to leave because I had to go to work. When I came back, it was completely fixed and operated perfectly. I have already recommended them.”

“They were excellent. They lifted our house. It was all good. I would give them an A. We've already have recommended them.”

“I had some settling in my home, and I called them. I looked on Best Pick Reports, and I saw that they had a good rating. They put in piers around three quarters of my house. Since then, they've come back twice to redo that, because we got a whole lot of rain. Since then, I have been very pleased. I had more than one company give me bids. I appreciated the fact that the owner came. I was pleased with his opinion of not only the bid and why I should go with his pier, but he also explained why his bid was the one for me. Upon looking at the others, I decided that he was totally correct. I would give them an A+. They were here when they said they were going to be here. We did have to reschedule, but that's because it rained. It wasn't their fault.”

“I've had a good experience with them several times. They did foundation repair. I've been dealing with the same guy for over 15 years and the numbers haven't changed. The people are the same. So I feel like the warranty will be great, if I ever need it. I would give them an A+. I recommend them all the time.”

“They did foundation work. I found the experience to be positive.”

“I liked that it was a short period of time. There was only one thing I didn't like, which I had asked about. When they were taking out the structure, and he said it would only take two days, and in two days, they died.”

“They put piers under the house. I would give them an A rating.”

“I'm fine with it. They did the job. I'd grade them as an A. I'd recommend them.”

“We had a foundation that was settling, and they ended up doing about 16 piers and releveling the house. Once they got out there, they had everything done within two days. They did a pretty decent job with the cleanup. They had a lot of extra silt dirt left over, so they filled some low spots in the yard for me. That was nice. I would give them an A. In fact, I was recommended from a colleague. I had three or four other businesses come out, and my buddy said that I should go with them.”

“The owner came and talked with us beforehand and explained what he was doing. They did foundation work and installed a roof barrier. I would give them an A grade.”

“It was good service. They came on time, which is always good. They get an A from me. It is very likely that I will recommend them.”

“I had a positive experience with them.”

“Everything was good. I would say an A overall.”

“They were on time. They got the work done, and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They get an A from me.”

“The sales guy was nice and the guys came out and did the work. I would give them an A-.”

“I had a little bit of a problem and he came out and he worked with me on it, great follow through. I would give them an A; great customer service. They were recommended to me.”

“The guy that came out and talked to me about the work was pretty clear, and they did what they said they were going to do. I would give them an A.”

“They went out of their way to do what they needed to do. There was extra dirt, and they were able to spread it out wherever I needed dirt. I was very pleased with all of the work they did, not just the foundation work. They deserve an A, definitely. I was very satisfied with their work and their employees.”

“Dura Pier Foundation had very hard workers and did a good job. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I had them put piers around the edge of our house's foundation. Their customer service was fine. I'd rate them an A.”

“The front of our house had some water damage from the house next door. They'd had a flood, and it disrupted our foundation, so we had some settling. Dura Pier came in and fixed it. I think the customer service was good. We went with Dura Pier because we had good impressions from our discussions on the phone.”

“Dura Pier Foundation worked on my dad's house, and I've since sold that house. They put in a new plumbing line. My dad picked them. They're a good company—A+.”

“They had to put piers under part of our house, and they put in a root barrier. Dura Pier Foundation worked on it and, so far, we haven't had any problems. We had them come out and meet with us to give us estimates and talk to us-we just felt like the owner, compared to other companies, gave us better information. Overall, I felt like he wasn't just trying to sell as big of a package as possible, and that he was more reasonable in his approach, so that's why we went with him. We had a couple little follow-up issues that they took care of right away that had to do with dirt settling and things that I think are just normal for the course of work we had done. They addressed them immediately, and we haven't had any issues since, so I'd give them an A.”

“The biggest thing I liked about Dura Pier Foundation is they got in there and knocked everything out in one day. I had them put about 16 piers on my house across the front and a little bit down one side on the back corner. My dad had had work done on his house many years back by them. They did a really clean job of cutting the concrete and putting everything back together, so he was happy with them, and that's why I picked them. Overall, I'd grade them an A.”

“Dura Pier Foundation was professional. They were on time, and they were neat. We liked them. We liked the presentation of the work that was going to be done and the detail a lot better than the other companies, so we chose them. It was nine piers we had them put up. They'd get an A.”

“Dura Pier Foundation's original work was done many years ago. They did work and of course, I no longer live in that home, so I was no longer there to say yay or nay. But apparently, they did what they were supposed to do. They had to install several more piers in the garage area. I'll give them an A.”

“They did foundation work, and Dura Pier Foundation was there on time. They did the work in the time they said they were going to do it, and they cleaned up. When they had to resettle the holes they dug, they did a really good job of making them look nice. Actually, I need to call them to come back out to resettle some dirt they were supposed to do. I'll definitely give them an A.”

“Dura Pier is professional. They come when they say they're going to, and if they can't come, they call. They did the plumbing and foundation work they were supposed to do. They're a good company. I went with them because it was recommended to me by a friend. I'd rate them an A.”

“Dura Pier Foundation did foundation work. They were professional and positive. I went with them because of the initial experience from the estimate and the initial contact when I was looking at different companies. I'd give them an A.”

“Dura Pier did a good job, and they went the extra mile to get things done correctly. They leveled the house, which was pier and beam. I would rate them as an A.”

“I liked that Dura Pier showed up when they said they were going to show up, did all the work they were supposed to do, and cleaned up after themselves. I had several foundation companies come out, and I liked them the best. The scale of the work was massive—60 piers all around the house. They get an A.”

“I liked that Dura Pier had a good crew and did good work. I had to have solid foundation work done, and then after that, I had to have the piping fixed underneath. They had a good supervisor who stayed on the job. I'd give them an A+.”

“I had six piers put in and a root barrier, and I liked their workmanship and the professionalism of the owner. They're an A.”

“Dura Pier started when they said they were going to, and they finished pretty much on time. They raised the back part of this particular house two and a half inches. We had a sale going on at the same time with the people from our property, and they squeezed us in like two weeks early. The guys who were out there working looked like they were going to spend all day when it was supposed to be a half-day job, but their supervisor ended up jumping in and saying, 'Nope, we can have it finished,' and they did—they got it all done. We chose them because one of our neighbors recently used them, and we liked the technology that they were using. I would give them an A+.”

“The property was really bad, and they urged us to fix the foundation—a few years ago, we fixed half of the house, and the last time they came, it was the other half. My friend recommended them to me. We had a good experience, and they are very responsible. I would grade them as excellent like an A grade.”

“Dura Pier seemed to know what they were doing. They worked on part of the house. They came out, they didn't leave a mess, and they seemed to have done a good job. I found them because my neighbor had used them; I compared, and I liked them best. I would grade them an A grade.”

“Dura Pier did a section of the house. They're very efficient, and everything was promised and delivered on time. The guy that does my maintenance highly recommended them; he'd referred them to other clients who were happy with them, and he was right. I would give them an A grade.”

“They did some work for us on a part of the house—one side only. They're OK; I had no issue withs them. So far, I would rate their work as excellent.”

“Dura Pier put in 21 piers on the perimeter and within the garage, so we didn't have to worry about the interior of the house. It was planned out—they drilled out the concrete the first day, dug the pits the second day, leveled the house the third day, and filled it back in and cleaned up on the fourth. They got the work done very fast—they got it in four days—and they left it very clean. I recommend them highly. I'd grade them an A.”

“I think their service is good. They worked on the foundation. The lady was always very friendly. During the time they repaired things, I was working, so I didn't have time to have a look. When I went there, everything was perfect and there was nothing to move. They deserve an A grade.”

“They were on time, they did the work quickly, they cleaned up well, and that's all that you can expect from a foundation crew. They put 36 piers down. I'd give them an A—excellent, no complaints.”

“I didn't have any problems with them, and it went as planned. They put 18 piers in. They're A+. Everything was good.”

“Dura Pier fixed the foundation. I chose them because they were the people that we'd used 15 years ago, and I'd say they're A+.”

“I used Dura Pier three times. They've always been punctual, they've always been quick, and they've always been clean. They leveled most of the house. I chose them because of their technique. If you drill piers, you only go 7 to 11 feet; if you drive piers, they could go offset. With a steel rod in the middle tying them together, they were able to go 27 and a half feet, which is solid material—you can't go that deep with anybody else. I would grade them an A+. They're a good company. They're clean, and their hired workers are punctual to get started. They stay with it, they finish the job in the right time, and their corporate philosophy is good. When they start a job one week, they want to finish it that week so that on Fridays, when jobs are finished, the guys go to the jobs that aren't finished and double up so they can get everything done.”

“They were insured, and they had workers come who knew what they were doing. This was just a section of the house. I would grade them an A+ rating.”

“The work they did was fine—they worked on a portion of the house. I would rate them A+.”

“Dura Pier worked on the whole house. They were very knowledgeable, they cleaned up and made sure it was safe when they left for the night, and they were just very nice, pleasant people. I would grade them as an A+ grade.”

“They did some foundation repairs. They were quick and efficient. The customer service was good, and I did not have to call them back for anything. I'd recommend them—they get an A+ grade.”

“Dura Pier did a good job. They fixed my foundation problem. I did not have to call them back for any issues so far; I'd give them an A+ rating.”

“We started using Dura Pier about three or four years ago, and they finally have done our whole house. They did my house in sections. I've never had a problem. They came in, they did a professional job, and they cleaned up—you almost wouldn't even know they were here. I chose them because I liked their lifetime warranty. I've seen some of the other companies that have worked in the neighborhood, and they just didn't do as a nice job as Dura Pier. I would say they're an A. I've already recommended them to the people next door.”

“Dura Pier's work was pretty good. I think they were very clean, and they're good. They did part of the house initially when I was not the owner, and later on, I called them back to do the other parts of the house. I chose them because they'd done work on this same thing before, so I didn't want a warranty overlap or anything. I would say they're an A grade.”

“Dura Pier was all right. They did 18 piers, and they were pretty good, as far as I know, about foundation. They were recommended by a friend of ours. I would grade them almost at the top; I would give them an A grade.”

“They did work at my mother's house. They had to do some interior piers in about half of the house, and when the workmen came, they started revising the plan so they would tear up less of the inside. They were very thorough, they cleaned up everything, they were very careful inside, and there was no additional charge for their changes. They were recommended to us. I would grade them as an A.”

“They got in, got out, and did what they said they were going to do in the back corner of the house. They were quick and fast. I haven't checked my outside yet because I'm nervous to see what my landscaping looks like; I put a lot of work into certain areas over the summer, and I think I'll have to redo that, but that was expected. I would grade them an A.”

“They did exactly what they said they were going to within the specified time frame. They worked on three-quarters of the house. My next-door neighbor had used them, which is how I found them. I would grade Dura Pier an A rating.”

“They did foundation repair for me. They're professional, and they cleaned up after they finished. I did not have any issues that I had to call them back for. They deserve an A.”

“They installed piers. Everything that they promised happened, and there were no problems. I don't remember where I found them. I'd give them an A.”

“Dura Pier put in piers for me. They did what they said they were going to do, and they were prompt and professional. The customer service was OK, and I did not have to call them back for any issues or anything. I would recommend them—they deserve an A- grade.”

“They repaired my foundation—they put about 17 piers in around the perimeter of our house, where the foundation had sunk into the ground some. I've recommended Dura Pier to another person, and they use them now, also. They did what they said they were going to do in a timely fashion at the price they said they were going to do it for, and they cleaned up after themselves. We went with them because my wife liked them better than the other people who came out to our house. I think they're an A grade.”

“They did foundation repair, and I got what I wanted for the price they said it was going to cost. I chose them because they were quick to respond as far as getting an estimate. I'd give Dura Pier an A grade.”

“Dura Pier was fantastic—I couldn't be happier with them. They put in seven piers in the front of my house and raised it back up to where it had been. The grass is growing back where they dug, and they did the concrete work in my driveway beautifully. They were perfect, and I loved using them. They were an A+.”

“Dura Pier did an excellent job. They were very thorough in explaining exactly how the house had slanted with the foundation and how the piers they were putting in worked. If I had foundation work to do again, I would use them. I'd give them an A+.”

“Everybody from Dura Pier was very professional, and after they put everything back together, you could hardly tell they were here. They put in eight external piers and leveled my foundation. I felt like they were really honest and informative, and the gentleman who came out was a very wonderful man.”

“Not only do they do the work, but the guys come in here and do everything they say they're going to do, and then they do some more. I wanted to put some of the foundation that they took from under the house on the lawn, so I just said to leave me a pile, and they put it in five different places where I wanted it and then packed it down. Stuff like that, they do it all time—it's like, no problem. I trusted the owner, Carter Davis. He came by, and he explained things to me the way the other guys really didn't. I would give them an A+ for excellent with no complaints.”

“The owner, Carter Davis, was an exceptional salesman—exceptional at conveying his product and what made them different from everybody else. I waited and did my entire house at one time. I'd say they're an A+ grade.”

“They were very courteous and very careful when they were inside our house to keep it clean. They worked really hard outside, getting ready for the piers and everything. It was in the summertime, and it was very hot, but they worked really hard and finished, I thought, in a very short time, considering the weather. They still managed to get through in a hurry. We have a town house, and so they had to go into our indoor atrium and pour footings all around the edge underneath the walls. They did all that in a very orderly and neat fashion. They did a very good job. I'd give them an A+.”

“The crew from Dura Pier was very professional. They communicated well, and the thing we like the most is they cleaned up after themselves. When they left, it was very spotless—they even spent an extra day trying to make things right. I did not have any issues. I would highly recommend Dura Pier. I would rate them as an A+.”

“Dura Pier did a very good job leveling my garage. They arrived on time, they finished the work on time, and they did their best to do the minimum of damage to the shrubs and the yard and so forth. They cleaned up pretty well. I chose them over a different company because I liked the people when I spoke to them. I'd say they're a grade-A company.”

“They were very professional while they were here. They protected everything inside the house and completed the work, and it's great. They installed 26 piers. I would rate them as excellent.”

“Dura Pier did good work. They were very professional, they did everything they said they were going to do, and they provided all the materials that I asked for. They did foundation repair for my garage. It had to be leveled, and they put piers underneath it. They would be an A+ grade, no complaints.”

“We were very pleased with Dura Pier. They came when they said they were going to come, and they did the work they said they were going to do. They were very thorough in cleaning up after themselves and putting everything like they found it. I would say they're an A+ company.”

“We used Dura Pier three different times, and it was great. Their workers are efficient, and their customer service was good. They put in several piers on the sides and the back of our house. I'd give them an A+ because we didn't have any problems with them and the quality of their work.”

“Dura Pier was great. They did what they said they were going to do plus a little more, and they seemed to be on top of it. They came out and put piers on the outside and some piers on the inside, and we're still spot-on. They're experts on this. I'd give them an A grade.”
