Experienced a sewer main break at our home… I don’t think further explanation is needed. Called ServPro. They came out and assessed the situation. Told us we needed to act quickly. Then they ghosted us. Finally reached them after a week and they told us they were too busy and couldn’t help us. I then reached out to 3 other restoration companies. Jennifer from ProTech called me within minutes of entering my information online about 4 pm. She told me she would get someone out to our home to assess the project that evening. Within 2 hours Roberto arrived and spent the next 2 hours inspecting the problem areas. I received a call from one of the other companies I reached out to the next morning at 10:30. By that time Roberto and his crew had already been working here for an hour. This process started on Tuesday afternoon. It’s now Thursday evening and the Pro Tech crew just left. Our house is dry, clean and all the nastiness that was created is now gone. I still can’t believe how hard they worked and how quickly they reacted. In addition to that each employee is professional and nice to have around. If you need the services of a restoration company, don’t bother with the chain companies… make your first call to Pro Tech Restoration. While you’re talking to some call center trying to get on their schedule to come to your home, Jennifer will already have Roberto and his crew on the way to your home. They’ll be back next week to start the “putting it all back together “ process. But for now, knowing that my home is again clean, I’m very happy!!

Manny and Carlos are amazing. They worked around my schedule and made sure to preserve the molding that was obsolete in my historic home. They finished the job in a quick amount of time but did not skimp out on craftsmanship. I would recommend this company again, but would only want these two guys in charge of the work. They are amazing.

We recently had a mold issue in the ceiling of both bathrooms. We contacted Pro Tech Restoration and they were timely in getting someone out to access the issue and getting us on their schedule for mole remediation and subsequently repairs. The guys did a great job removing the drywall and they were very diligent in cleaning up the debris. The repair team was very busy, but Manny was excellent in getting us on their schedule to get the repairs done since we have out of town guest coming soon. Carlos and Tony handled replacing the drywall, painting and correcting the problem that caused the mole. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work performed and their diligence in taking care of this issue in a timely manner. They did such a great job. These guys didn’t mess around in getting the work done. They are an asset to Pro Tech. In addition, I would like to compliment Leslie in their accounting department for her diligence in getting the estimates and invoices to me in a timely manner. She was a pleasure to work with. I only have great things to say about this company. They’re professional, they do excellent work and they’re great to do business with. I highly recommend them for any remediation needs (mole, fire, and water damages) and repairs.

Called after just after 7AM on a Wednesday and got immediately connected. Had sump pump breaker that tripped while we were out of town and came home to about 3" of rainwater in the basement. Roberto got the details and said they would be out that morning. Called back at 8 to say he and crew would be at house by 9. Showed up promptly and reviewed the situation and gave a reasonable estimate to start immediately. The crew of Antonio and Alex were superb. They took care of everything. Removed all the damaged items help determine what was salavageable and then just went to work. Within 4 hours they had everything cleaned including treatment with antimicrobial. Walked me through what was done and how they would leave fans and dehumidifier to completely dry out the concrete. Also did not make any mess at all with removal of all the wet stuff. If you are ever in need these are the guys to call.
