Tony and his Team at ProTech Restoration are total pros. We had some water get in through the roof in our condo in the city and we were afraid of mold over time. They came out quick and did a full inspection to see if mold remediation was warranted. It ultimately gave us the peace of mind that every home owner is looking for in these situations. I am giving Protech the highest rating possible for our flood restoration, pack-out, hardwood floor restoration, baseboard repainting and pack-in. Every single person I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and went over the top to make sure I was satisfied with the process and outcome. Manny was an outstanding manager, coordinator and general contractor for every step and Roberto and Al were exceptional with the entire pack-in/out process. Great job Protech! I recommend this company to everyone who needs any of their services!

ProTech was so responsive .. from my initial call they were “ on the job”. Tony Han, my project manager, was “ over the top” fabulous! The crew he brought in did a great job. Tony documented everything from start to finish. He is working with our insurance agent to get him pictures as well as a detailed summary of the job. Thank you very much! I highly recommend ProTech!

The team was very thoughtful and responsive. When the damage happened, ProTech (Ben) was the only remediation company who said they were sorry that this happened to us. When things went wrong, which inevitably happens, both the remediation and repair teams took responsibility and fixed any mistakes. Tony and Manny were very thoughtful, conscientious and communicative. They and the remediation and repair teams exceeded our expectations and acted with generosity and responsiveness. Thank you!
