Appointment made through Mary. Appointment was scheduled quickly. The representative, Ty, showed up on schedule, was courteous, professional, completely informative, aware of the particular code rules in my area,willing to work with me as to my specific requests, answered all of my questions thoroughly and questioned me to ascertain that I had a full understanding. The 2 technicians were incredible (Juan and Thomas), were incredible. Very hard workers, the perfect team as each one knew what the other one was doing at all times thus no wasted time. They were professional, thorough, neat and tidy, worked through some difficult situations perfectly, kept me completely informed as to each step, and wanted me to be completely satisfied. I could not be happier with all aspects of Alpha Fence.

I had an outstanding experience with Alpha Fence & Rail! Several years after they installed my fence, I noticed the gate latch needed replacement. I reached out to the company, and to my delight, Anthony promptly came out and replaced the latch at no charge. His professionalism and genuine care for customer satisfaction were evident. I knew our fence would be a challenge around this 60 year old thickly grown back yard. We chose white vinyl. Jesse was our installer and was great. Hard working, precise and took pride in a job well done. We are so happy with the end result. I highly recommend Alpha for quality and reasonable price.

I had them install a Vinyl Fence, it mostly went well and I paid them. What I did not see until afterwards was that they damaged my stucco on the wall and left a portion of exposed wall where the fence attached. Had they brought it to my attention before they left I could have had it repaired before the fence was finished, but now the fence is in the way and they are taking no responsibility. It took two weeks for them to even reply to an email and that was to deny responsibility.

Bought this vinyl fence. 100' for $3000. Waited 6wks but it's an outstanding product & great work. Installed in just 4hrs.
