Very grateful for the wonderful and urgent work of Sam, Brian and Tee in removing old gigantic water heater and installing new tankless water heater. Very considerate, knowledgeable, professional and caring service. Highly recommend for plumbing and HVAC needs.

Will and Kalvin arrived on time this morning and were ready to get to work immediately. I had an issue at my home in Marysville. The issue? A leaking toilet water supply line on the main floor. They diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Their call-out fee was very reasonable, I expected to pay significantly more. The guys were honest, transparent, and professional. I even liked their uniforms! They explained everything during the repair and they even provided helpful tips on how to handle the issue if it ever happens again. I honestly just want to recommend this company for their excellent service, fair pricing, and the open communication. I also learned they provide electrical services, which is great to know for future needs. Oh and they did not try to upsell me!!!

They charged $300 just to come on site and assess that we need a rebuild kit for the toilet. If we opted to use their service, the $300 will get applied towards that service. In what world do rebuilds cost $800 apiece? That is insane. Utterly insane. I don’t care if this is a commercial service that is a rip off. Especially when a brand new toilet is half the price. At the end of the day, this was a commercial service for the place that I work at so I really didn’t have the time or energy to call around. If I had the energy, I definitely would’ve done a Reddit search and not trusted the fake Google reviews. But let me tell you I am also a homeowner and I will remember, nor will I recommend Eco to anyone. My review has nothing to do with the technician. He just works for your company. He was fine. The company itself, yuck. 🤢

Nate spent a long time thoroughly assessing my electrical system and recommending and prioritizing the work that should be done. I appreciated his attention to detail and putting up with my constant barrage of questions. Update after work was performed: Functionally excellent work replacing my panel and adding 3 new outlets. The 110v outlets look great. And the 220v outlet looks way better then expected. I’m not sure what I should have expected when it comes to the appearance of the new panel. Compared to everything else they did, the panel installation is cosmetically challenged. Functionally excellent though.

(Review has been edited after completion of work) Eco Electric and Plumbing was awesome from start to finish! Nate came out first to figure out why part of our house lost power. He was a great guy to work with and helped us pick the best solution whilst keeping our budget in mind. Ryan did a walk-through before the repairs to finalize everything. I really liked that step – it helped avoid any surprises on repair day! Ultimately, Eco installed a new panel with updated bonding and grounding. They also put in a generator inlet and interlock kit, plus a circuit for our garage door opener. Ryan, Vince, and Dylan were amazing! We're super happy with how everything turned out, and they were a blast to work with! Your crew was so thoughtful about our house (and our two little dogs) and made sure to keep me in the loop all day. Bravo, Team Eco! We've already told our family about you, and we'll totally use you again for anything we need!
