We had an incredible experience with Dream Team Plumbing, Heating, and Electric. Eric came out first to do the diagnostic and was so realistic about the situation. He was friendly, honest, and really took the time to explain everything that was going on with our electrical system. He walked us through the plan step by step, what would be installed, and made sure we understood every part of the process. He even fixed a few outlets in the house that weren’t even included in the original work. When it came time for the installation, Liam came out to help with the outside electrical box and the wire connecting our house to the PECO line, while Eric handled everything inside, replacing the main electrical panel in our basement. They were both professional, respectful, and super easy to talk to. This was a huge decision for my girlfriend and me, but Eric and the team made the whole process painless and stress-free. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend Dream Team — 5 stars all around. Talk about a Dream Team — Eric and Liam were like Jordan and Scottie out there 🏀

We had an excellent experience with Jacob from Dream Team! He installed a ceiling fan, a bathroom light, and a nursery light for us, and his work was outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. Jacob was thorough and even provided us with an electrical safety evaluation, which we really appreciated. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure we felt confident about the work being done. On top of his technical skills, he was friendly, professional, and very considerate of our home. He wore booties to keep salt and dirt from being tracked inside and was always mindful to close the front door carefully since we have a dog. Small details that made a big difference to us. We are incredibly happy and satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend Jacob and the Dream Team to anyone looking for quality electrical work!

Dream Team is such an amazing company!! The level of service I received truly exceeded my expectations. A big thank you to the entire company for sending me such an excellent plumber, Michael Rich. I highly recommend Michael to anyone in need of plumbing services! Michael was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the issues clearly and detailing the steps he would take to resolve them. Nick V. was absolutely amazing! He showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly and perfectly, and was super friendly the entire time. What really stood out was how happy and positive he was while working he explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what was going on. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things right and making sure the customer is comfortable and satisfied. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and honestly better than I could’ve expected. If you need a plumber, ask for Nick V.
