I was told by a reliable person to go with this company. I was looking at adding outdoor lighting for some time. Kris the owner gave me a bid. Liked him from the very start. Stafford is known to do excellent work using the best and most updated equipment in the marketplace. Kris gave me a bid I couldn't refuse. At 8am tech Anthony and his apprentice Bethel arrived on scene. They went right to it without missing a beat. These guys knew what they were doing. By 12.30 they were done. 8 lights, dimmer switch, and a remote control all installed to perfection. I can't wait to turn on these lights every night. This new look is awesome. Thank you everybody including contact person Bridget who set this work order up. I'm greatful to you all.

Scheduling was easy, even if the scheduler was AI. That made me almost cancel until Bill E.showed up! He’s the one that deserves the 5 stars. I had requested a 1 hour call ahead which the office did a 30 minute with a real person. Explained hubs was coming from work in NE Mpls and it’ll take him about 45 min.they did not relay the info to Bill-not his fault. Bill arrived & thank goodness for our security system and being able to talk to Bill. He understood and waited 15 minutes for the spouse to show up. Bill looked at our entire electrical system, verified our meter #[our electric bills tripled starting in Nov of 2025 & Xcel required we hired an electrician to find the usage problem{ he looked at our usage and according to our electrical bills, we were burning thru kilowatts enough to pay for 2 houses. He looked at everything, went over possibility issues-everything is new in our old house.he gave us 2 options. We opted to have them check our furnace since that’s the only thing that could consistently draw like that. They will be coming back out to inspect & if needed fix. If it not the issue then we’ll go with option 2. If there’s nothing wrong he’ll write a letter to Xcel as requested if they deem it’s not our house & it’s their meter. My husband is knowledgeable in electrical and was impressed with Bills knowledge. He also stated he was a super nice guy & down to earth.

Had some plumbing issues. Old house. Toilet and bath tub drainpipes. I dont know much about this kind of thing but I have very good instincts. I called a few other places but it just didn't feel right. Austin got everything squared away and was able to keep it at their bronze level, being honest that things were better than worse case scenario. Very pleasant and explained things in an easy to understand manner. Even my kitty found him acceptable, which is high praise indeed. Even their AI bots are very humanlike and more on the ball than most humans. I was never caught in an endless loop of button pushing nonsense screaming to talk to a human being. It was a bit more expensive than i thought for the amount of time it took but my sister just paid $4500 for one day project so i guess thats just how it is. I would l call them again.

Alex came and was very professional. Took care to keep our house clean, inspected what needed to be done and explained everything thoroughly. Laid out price options, and documented the work well. I was very impressed and happy with the work!

I was extremely fortunate to have Nick Bender help me realize my heat pump dream. Nick seems to share my enthusiasm for heat pumps and is incredibly knowledgeable about them. We had a genuine conversation in which he was able to go over all my options with me and address all questions I had ranging in topics from efficiency, cost, rebates, comfort, etc. When deciding what was best for me, he kept my best interests in mind, which made the experience trustworthy. Nick also offered a wealth of other excellent resources, namely including information on how to apply for the lowered Electric Space Heating Rate. Additionally, Bridget and Beccah were very helpful and communicative in scheduling an installation date, giving updates, and providing a ton of follow-up information including information on how to apply for the City of Minneapolis Bonus Rebate. A whole crew came to my house to guarantee a quality installation. Kyle was a pleasure to work with and I think he was the lead installer. Kyle and the rest of the crew were very professional, polite, and considerate of my home. After the installation, Kyle answered all of my questions and went over system fundamentals, maintenance, etc. with me. All of which was done at a great price for an incredible system. Highly recommend.
