Excellent!!! Craig was an experienced sales rep who gave us lots of useful info. He was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and was honest about what would work best in our home. We were able to schedule installation just 2 days later. Thomas and Shane did the installation. They were prompt, courteous, and friendly. So happy with our decision to use Aquarius for our new Kinetico system. We are already loving it!

My experience with Aquarius was excellent. From the water specialist Bryan to the installer Ryan. We had a Kinetico water softener installed shortly after we bought our house new 34 years ago. Overdue for a replacement and we added the tank that removed the city chlorine. The install went smoothly and Ryan's expertise was noticeable. Plus I was shown all the features. I highly recommend this company.

The experience with Aquarius was awesome starting with our salesman, Mark. We had dealings with Mark two years previous when we were considering Aquarius, something came up and we decided against a softener system at that time. We were very pleased when Mark was our salesman again this time. Mark is great and very knowledgeable, we purchased a water softener system this time and as luck has it, Aquarius had a cancelation and we able to get it installed the very next day. Our technician Ryan was great as well, he's a very hard worker and is very knowledgeable of his job. After he finished he explained everything that we needed to do moving forward. I would highly recommend Aquarius, the experience was great from start to finish. Great communication, I'm very impressed with this company.

The technician that came to our home was Nick. He did an excellent job in doing a furnace maintenance check being very thorough and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I felt more secure after he was done and discussed the health of our furnace. I also appreciated he shared how long he's been with the company and enjoys it. I am happy to support businesses that take care of their employees. I highly recommend this business for the work that was completed, the professionalism of the technician and the helpful online coupons. Thank you, Nick!!
