My experience with Aquarius was excellent. From the water specialist Bryan to the installer Ryan. We had a Kinetico water softener installed shortly after we bought our house new 34 years ago. Overdue for a replacement and we added the tank that removed the city chlorine. The install went smoothly and Ryan's expertise was noticeable. Plus I was shown all the features. I highly recommend this company.

We had a whole home water softener/filtration system installed, as well as a reverse osmosis drinking water faucet at kitchen sink. Installer, Tom, was super friendly and very good at explaining what he was doing, as well as what the systems will be doing for us. Absolutely fantastic! Thank you, Aquarius!!

After dealing with an absolute nightmare from a faulty repair by another local plumbing company, Aquarius Home Services truly came through for us. The original repair suddenly failed and caused water to release into our basement and the closet where the piping ran, creating a very stressful situation for our family. We initially went with another company only because they could get us scheduled faster, but after the failure and being unable to get them back out, we called Aquarius — the company we normally trust — and we are so glad we did. Josiah arrived first thing in the morning and immediately showed empathy and professionalism. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, quickly identified the root cause of the failure, and clearly explained everything to us with photos so we fully understood what had happened. He provided a reasonable quote and walked us through the repair process step-by-step, which gave us much-needed peace of mind during a frustrating situation. On top of fixing the major plumbing issue correctly, Josiah also took the time to assess and repair a leaking drain spout that had been giving us trouble. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and with obvious attention to detail. Before leaving, he showed us photos of the completed repair, explained exactly what caused the original failure, and detailed what he did to ensure the issue was properly fixed this time. Aquarius Home Services once again proved why they are the company we trust. Their customer service, professionalism, and quality of work are outstanding. Huge thank you to Josiah for your kindness, expertise, and for helping restore our confidence and peace of mind after such a stressful experience. We truly appreciate you!

My whole home water filtration system was serviced by the lovely Hana and Kellin. They’re both thorough, friendly and just all around good people. They explained every step of their process, accompanied by visuals of a flow chart. They were clean and courteous. I usually want jobs to get done quickly so that I can get back to my day but Hana and Kellin were so genial that I was happy to have them around. They were respectful and just all around great. Can’t recommend them enough. What an easy company to schedule with, they were communicative and they were right on time. Can’t recommend them enough!
