“They checked my system, but the part to repair the issue was twice as high as anywhere else. I paid the dispatch fee because that is what I agreed to. The part was $2,000 more than any other company. I didn't appreciate that. The service guy felt more like a sales guy than a technician. It rubbed me the wrong way.”
