I used Michael & Son service first time but I’m extremely satisfied with the work. My technician “Bruce Walker” arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and completed the job with great attention to detail. Even after the job completion, he explained what was needed to keep the water heater in good condition for the future and provided helpful maintenance tips. Very professional, honest, and respectful throughout the process. The quality of work was excellent, and the pricing was fair. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to others. Thanks “Bruce”.

Jesse James was awesome 😎 explained everything in detail about what needed to be repaired/replaced with the water heater. He gave us options and great pricing. 0% financing for 18 months. We had another company come out first. Didn't like the approach and lack of details from the other person. Jesse is very knowledgeable and friendly. Recommend him highly. Thank you Jesse and Michael and Sons! Update ----came out next day (Saturday 2/7) and installed in 3 hours. Expertly installed, and Jesse showed my wife how everything works and how to do maintenance. We are real happy we went with this company. Thanks again Jesse James!

I gave 5 stars bcos this is our 3rd time getting service from Michael & Sons....but our Electrician Logan did an Amazing job providing the service we needed. He came right in, did his job so Professionally, it took less than 2 hours. Logan knew EXACTLY what we needed even tho we had the disruptive hiccup beginning at first that cud've had 3 stars BUT it turned out to be great in the end on this day of Monday Aug 3rd, 2026 & we got EXACTLY what we wanted & needed. OMG we were Very Absolutely Pleased of how super neat our installation was afterwards. Thank you again Michael & Sons.....We truly appreciate your professional business!!🫶🏽❤️
