“I was very dissatisfied with the work they did. Also, the worker and I got into a conflict, and he was very racial towards me. Because he was mad with me, I suspect he cut up my water hose. I do not trust the worker because they took $500 from me for the service but did not do the work I asked for them to do.”

“Your company provided good services, but the cost is extremely high. For example: I have replaced a kichen food disposal, and I was charged for $300 - $400. The market price should be less than $100. I stayed with the Michael & Son for one year; I was over charged for every service. So, I quit.”
“A plumbing issue (leaking faucet). I was told that he would look for part and get back to me. Two weeks later I had not heard anything so I called back. I then had to wait an additional 3 days to be told that the part could not be located and I would have to hire someone to cut the tiles so he could get in there to replace the whole thing. I ended up going to Lowes and a very helpful gentleman there helped me find the the correct part and I replaced myself. The reason I would not recommend is because of the lack of communication..”
