⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience with Pacific Heating and Cooling! Nuku, Aaron, and Nikita did a fantastic job installing our new heat pump—professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. Jon, the electrician, also did excellent work. The whole team was friendly, thorough, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. Our new heat pump is working great. Pacific Heating & Cooling, consisting of Jesse, Brent and Gavin, provided exceptional workmanship installing our brand new furnace and heat pump. First, they were on time; took the time to introduce themselves, and explained the process and how long it would take to complete. They answered our questions and concerns with a smile. They completed the installation quickly and efficiently, leaving a trail of cleanliness and beautiful workmanship. Gold stars for this team of professionals! Thank you guys! Chris & Angelica Torres

Brandon was very professional, and very conscientious about wearing shoe covering. He explained everything very clearly to me and what was needed. He was efficient, patient, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact that he let me know that I could get on a yearly maintenance plan, which we signed up for. He is definitely an asset to your company. Thank you, Brandon.

Isaiah B. arrived early and was already waiting for me when I arrived. He introduced himself and was very polite and professional. His uniform was clean, with his name and company logo clearly visible. He explained exactly what he would be doing and demonstrated that he was very knowledgeable about his work. After completing the job, he took the time to explain what he had done and answered my questions. Isaiah B. did an excellent job from start to finish. I really appreciate his professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. Excellent service!

We are so happy with the service provided by Pacific Heating and Cooling! Our tech was very informative and kept us updated along the way while installing our AC unit. He corrected multiple issues with our furnace that were made by previous owners and even went the extra mile to clean it out when he was under no obligation to do so. A couple of issues came up during the installation but they did not charge us for anything extra because of their “No Surprises” guarantee so we still paid the same amount we were originally quoted. We had a great experience with this team and will be continuously going through them for any future needs.
