"When I bought my house both of the HVAC systems had some issues. Pacific Heating & Cooling were willing to work with me to make them last as long as possible. They advised me of the problems and gave me options. When I chose to delay replacing each of the systems until it was absolutely necessary they were very cooperative and helpful in making that work for me. I have now replaced both systems."

"We have not had our experience yet. We were scheduled for service on our heat pump and furnace on November 20th, but we were notified on November 12th our scheduled technician was not going to be available that day and no appointments were open until December 3rd at the earliest. Normally we are notified in late October of an upcoming appointment, but I had to call myself to get scheduled. November 20th worked well for us, so we were quite disappointed with having to move the appointment to a different later month and day. Not happy about it all."

"I had to have three different people come out from Pacific Heating & Cooling three different times. The first guy was really great. He fixed the furnace and didn't have any problems with my dogs. He was really nice. The second guy was pretty arrogant about why the furnace quit working, and didn't do well with my dogs. He wasn't very friendly. The third guy kept telling me that the first two guys didn't do their job right and didn't clean the furnace properly. It was pretty horrible."
