RS Andrews just completer a full 12ft+ tall attic wall and ceiling lay in insulation for us. The techs were on time, courteous, and faster than anticipated and left the job site impeccably clean! Could not be more thrilled. Wish we had not waited so long to do this, the heat reduction for the hot months is already palpable. ❤️

My technician, Drew Johnson, provided exceptional service at my home today. He was professional, knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. He took the time to help educate me on my heating and air system. After fixing the primary problem, a pipe clog, he went above and beyond to check my outside air unit. He encouraged me to buy the maintenance plan because I was worried about the age of my system. And now, I have better peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend Drew to repair anything for customers.

I had another leak in my basement bathroom and RSAndrews came out the same day to repair and replace some pipes. Their professionalism from the time I called “How can I brighten your smile “ was so impressive and amazing. The plumber was so informative. I was so happy I used RS Andrews instead of my home warranty Choice Homes

The customer service was good. I was advised to pay $99 for the estimate to come over and check which was waived as per my request. I was charged $534 to install a new 1/2 HP kitchen garbage disposal installation. I felt the pricing was high but if I did not use their service then I had to pay $99 for the estimate which was not free. The job was done but felt the price was quite high. If this is the standard pricing then I am fine. Would like to hear from others who have knowledge of pricing.

Travon and Charles were very professional. They showed up on time and finished when they promised and cleaned everything up before they left. Travon answered all my questions and clearly made the process stress free for this senior citizen. Highly professional and trustworthy (i had to leave my home for 4 days).
