Neil with R.S. Andrews did a fantastic job replacing 2 old toilets in our house. He gave us a reasonable up front estimate and did the work in a professional and timely manner. He was friendly and very thorough, answering all my questions along the way. He did a great job and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend their work!

Blake identified the problem. Talked me through what was causing he, how he would fix it, and what I could do to reduce the chances of it happening again. 10/10 service. Will recommend to others. He performed a drain line cleaning service, including a pan treatment

My technician, Drew Johnson, provided exceptional service at my home today. He was professional, knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. He took the time to help educate me on my heating and air system. After fixing the primary problem, a pipe clog, he went above and beyond to check my outside air unit. He encouraged me to buy the maintenance plan because I was worried about the age of my system. And now, I have better peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend Drew to repair anything for customers.

Pau was prompt, professional and very helpful! We needed some follow-up work done (no fault of RS Andrews - we just needed some extra parts) and Alberto came - same experience.
