Workers showed up as scheduled. I had a slab leaks in both of my bathrooms. I was told it would be $5K-7.5K per bathroom to cut my foundation up. This didn't include the replacement tile that would be needing replaced due to breakage during foundation cutting. I chose to go with a retro plumbing of the pipes thru the attic and walls. They cut 13 holes in my walls to replumb the lines. After everything was done they left. They didn't even put the insulation back into the holes they made. They Didn't wipe any of the walls where they put hand prints. Job was completed around 5pm and by midnight I had water leaking thru my bedroom ceiling. They came out the next morning and found a bad fitting in the attic. It was repaired & they called a restoration company to fix the ceiling. This company put fans in the bedroom for 2 days. They returned and removed the fans & said another company would be out to fix the damaged drywall. That company showed up 2 days later but didn't have the tools to do the repair. I made arrangements for them to show up 2 days latet & what a surprise there a no show. Finally after I made the call to the company the dispatcher acted all surprised his worker didn't show. Almost an hour later the guy showed up. The owner of this company called me and apologized and gave me his personal cell number to contact him if I had an other problems. I called Bumblebee asking what compensation they would provide for all the problems I had. We agreed on a cash amount. It's been a week since the repiping and with all these problems no supervisor or management from Bumblee has followed up to make sure my ceiling has been fixed. I expected better service than this since I ended up spending more than $18K for a hot water heater and piping job.

Bumble Bee took good care of us. Our drain system was backed up. Adrian came out and did absolutely everything he could to try to clear our line. He even called for his field supervisor, Mason, to give it a go. Unfortunately, there was a break in our line and it had to be dug up to be repaired. Bumble Bee gave me a quote and when I told them I wanted a second opinion they were understanding. After getting a second opinion, I discovered that bumble bees quote was fair. So I went with them. They were able to get a team out next day and they got the job done. I’d also like to mention Chris, Wesley and Cameron. Along with Adrian and Mason, they were the crew that repaired our line. A bunch of friendly, hardworking fellas. I’d definitely recommend choosing Bumblebee (You can see the root that caused all of this in the pictures attached. By the way, when the work is complete and they’ve collected your payment, they email you your invoice along with pictures and videos of the work that was done. Awesome)

I recently came across Bumblebee online because they had a great introductory rate. I ended up having them service both my business and personal residence, and they were fantastic. They showed up on time, were professional, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process simple. I felt like we were completely on the same page about what needed to be done, and they took great care of both properties. It’s refreshing to find a company that does what they say they’re going to do. Highly recommend Bumblebee for AC maintenance and service!

Chris Marsh evaluated and inspected my electrical system throughout my Del Webb home built in 1995. He provided a thorough and comprehensive overview of items needing attention, including smoke detector replacements, an additional outlet needed in my Master Bathroom, and fixture replacements I’ve wanted in my nook and dining area. He is a pleasure to know and I anticipate excellent results once this work is completed. Another Five Stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 There is little worse than a “chirping” sound in your Master Bedroom at 2 am on a Sunday morning! After my feeble attempt to get a ladder, climb higher than I am tall and change a battery where there is no battery to change. So, with ear plugs in my ears i managed to get a little sleep before daylight! Groggy upon awakening, i could no longer hear the irrritating chirp. Problem resolved. Not likely! However, without a doubt, I was confident Chris Marsh was my first choice to have any electrical related work done in my home as he was my expert provided by Bumblebee last year. Chris displays a friendly, caring and willingness to fix any problem presented when he arrives with a smile! I discovered my water heater was leaking just before they closed. Talked to Troy who was very patient and assuring while setting up an appointment the next morning. As promised a rep called to confirm arrival in the a.m. and again 30mins before the tech was to arrive at my house. The tech Bill arrived just as promised and was extremely thorough, professional and efficient in explaining my options and the install. Super happy with my new hot water heater and RO system.
