I discovered my water heater was leaking just before they closed. Talked to Troy who was very patient and assuring while setting up an appointment the next morning. As promised a rep called to confirm arrival in the a.m. and again 30mins before the tech was to arrive at my house. The tech Bill arrived just as promised and was extremely thorough, professional and efficient in explaining my options and the install. Super happy with my new hot water heater and RO system. I called requesting a quote to have the parts of my toilet tank replaced. I never received said quote but instead received an email confirming my appointment. I never scheduled an appointment, just a quote. The catch is that they don’t give quotes over the phone and it’s $65 for a service call so when they get there to quote you, they can give any price to you and if you choose to schedule elsewhere, you’re stuck with a $65 bill for nothing. I then received a call from the office stating that somebody will be at my home in 20 minutes. I explained that all I needed was a quote. If a plumber can’t give a quote of replacing 2 parts in the tank of a toilet, that’s concerning and I don’t want to utilize them anyway! It’s a very basic job and no reason to not provide a quote for that. I get it if it’s job that requires an eye on it but this was a standard basic 5 minute job for a professional. Needless to say, I cancelled and am keeping my appointment with another plumber who can actually quote me. The one good thing I will say is that they were able to come same day but that’s all. Sad because the last time I used them, the guy was fast and great! I would’ve been happy to use their services again but come on!

Chris Marsh evaluated and inspected my electrical system throughout my Del Webb home built in 1995. He provided a thorough and comprehensive overview of items needing attention, including smoke detector replacements, an additional outlet needed in my Master Bathroom, and fixture replacements I’ve wanted in my nook and dining area. He is a pleasure to know and I anticipate excellent results once this work is completed.

I discussed with my repair person two things that were not taken care of. Outside sewer cap and master bedroom sink handles off center was not repaired. I did not realize that until well after he left. The work he performed on toilets and water tank flushing was great.

Our service technician was Bill. He did an amazing job, very professional, and explained everything. His workmanship is top notch, very neat and clean, everything looks great. We will for sure asking for him for our future plumbing needs.
