After hiring this company for a water leak that I guessed was coming from an irrigation shut off valve that turned out to be a shut off for the main water at the house per the person they sent. They refused to actually look for the leak because they couldn’t find the irrigation double check valve. I explained to the individual that was on site that looking at a picture of that area when the house was just finished and irrigation was installed that there was no other plumbing in that area he still refused to locate the leak coming from that area. He promptly left and charged me a service fee for failing at his job. At this point I would not recommend this company to fix a garden hose. When the water is leaking in the area of the green lid and everything runs down hill from the house all the way to the street and to the side between houses it would be fairly obvious the water is coming from this location since last I checked water doesn’t run up hill. Update: same night - I get a call from my tenants that the plumber left the water turned off when he left. I had to drive an hour round trip to turn the water back on. My tenants have two young children with one only being a year old. I can’t leave them without water. Update the following day. So today Saturday I was able to go and look at the situation myself. It took me all of about 30 seconds to find the leak. I first observed the flowing water. Followed that to an irrigation valve box. Pumped the water out and it was leaking at the solenoid to valve body connection. Now I’m sure the journeyman level plumber they sent out is qualified as it takes 8000 hours and a test to get that level, so I am going to assume on a Friday at 5pm he was just lazy and wanted to go home. My tenants said that he was rude to them as well. Observation of the area showed the flowerbed and the drainage grade to the left of the house very wet. Flowerbed to the street was damp. While on the phone with the plumber he was only worried about finding an irrigation double check valve and said it had to be by the sidewalk because the neighbors was. Why waste time looking for something that you think is in a dry area? I hired you to find/troubleshoot a leak and the guy you sent looked everywhere except where it was wet for the most part. I mean he did take the cover off all the boxes in the wet area and leave them off when he left. Seems like a good idea when kids are around. Also left the grass all tore up in the dry area. I guess randomly digging. Now here goes my plumbing detective skills again. If the doublecheck valve he was so worried about finding is between the main line and the valve to the irrigation that he looked at and the line on the valve runs directly toward the water meter, one would think you would look along that line. Only problem the holes were random and nowhere close to being on that line.

Ivan was my technician, and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to give me great tips on how to properly maintain my home, which I really appreciated. He also signed me up for the Family Plan, which was very affordable and will help me save even more. The entire service was very organized. Ivan called 30 minutes before arriving and showed up right on time. At no point did I feel like he was rushing through the job. He was respectful, professional, and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire visit. I will definitely recommend Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric to my family and friends. Thank you, Ivan, for providing such excellent service!

The AC service I received from Baker Brothers was excellent. Even though they were very busy, and it was late in the day, the technician still made the time to come to my house that night and work on the entire AC system. When it was determined that the issue was electrical, he even set up the appointment for their electrician on my behalf. The electrician arrived the next day, quickly set to work, finding a failed breaker and replaced it. I will definitely use them again.

Caleb and his assistant arrived just after 12:30 pm, removed and replaced, 2, upstairs, gas water heaters and were on their way just before 3 pm. Prior to work, they put down tarps to protect the floors and cleaned up well after completing the job. When I commented on how quickly and efficiently they competed their work, Caleb informed me they have multiple water heater teams who only install water heaters. While some companies may prefer the Jack of All Trades approach, in this case, the Master of ONE seems to be working out fine for Baker Brothers and their clients.
