Ivan was my technician, and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to give me great tips on how to properly maintain my home, which I really appreciated. He also signed me up for the Family Plan, which was very affordable and will help me save even more. The entire service was very organized. Ivan called 30 minutes before arriving and showed up right on time. At no point did I feel like he was rushing through the job. He was respectful, professional, and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire visit. I will definitely recommend Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric to my family and friends. The AC service I received from Baker Brothers was excellent. Even though they were very busy, and it was late in the day, the technician still made the time to come to my house that night and work on the entire AC system. When it was determined that the issue was electrical, he even set up the appointment for their electrician on my behalf. The electrician arrived the next day, quickly set to work, finding a failed breaker and replaced it. I will definitely use them again.

Caleb and his assistant arrived just after 12:30 pm, removed and replaced, 2, upstairs, gas water heaters and were on their way just before 3 pm. Prior to work, they put down tarps to protect the floors and cleaned up well after completing the job. When I commented on how quickly and efficiently they competed their work, Caleb informed me they have multiple water heater teams who only install water heaters. While some companies may prefer the Jack of All Trades approach, in this case, the Master of ONE seems to be working out fine for Baker Brothers and their clients.

I called this company to assist me and signed up for the family plan. I was ensured that someone would be out same day. In short after much frustration no one arrived to my home until 9pm. This was more than 12 hours after the initial contact. Then when they arrive they don’t think they have the part needed despite me listing exactly what was wrong in my request. Finally everything was completely around 10 only because he ended up finding the part by chance in the truck. Today I had a maintenance appointment which was set up during a follow up call apologizing for the first experience. I emphasized that I wanted first appointment of the day which I was told was going to be 9-9:30 and coordinated my work day around it. This morning I receive a call saying that it was going to be closer to 10 and the technician was being sent from east Texas. I am located in the frisco area. I requested he try to get someone else and that person calls with a similar ETA. I called CS to request cancelling all services and the membership. Confidence is lost because even when this was supposed to be a repair to it was only completely demolished it. It’s truly a shame.
